Service is 5-star in the 90210. It is a busy Starbucks so the wait time is very short for the amount of business in this place. I ordered an apple crisp oat milk macchiato. It was delicious. Pro tip is to drink your Starbucks there, then go to the cashier and ask for either a free drip coffee or hot tea. They charged me an extra $.50 for the larger cup but it was well worth it. I gave it to my companion. The place had lots of cushy seating. It is more of a takeout place so luckily we were able to secure seating. read more

It is not hard to read instructions, you're doing menial labor. When they finally got my order correct, the woman charged me four dollars to add milk to a latte that should've already had milk added. I walked out. Absolutely terrible employees, this is my second terrible experience at this location. read more

Love this Starbucks location. They have free 20 minute parking close by if you can't find street parking and the establishment itself is awesome. They have outdoor seating on Santa Monica Blvd and their team here is all so sweet and helpful! Love the LGBTQ flags in the window and the entire vibe of this place. read more

The barista was so friendly and personable at the Starbucks on Beverly Hills Wilshire/Santa Monica. I ordered a drink and forgot to change the Milk to Coconut and they did it no problem since I got there just in time as they were making it. This would be a nice spot to study at for a short time when the pandemic restrictions lessen. Starbucks is generally reliable with the drinks and what to expect at the store, so finding cool people working there tops the experience off. read more

Keep forgetting to review this one although I'm here pretty much every other day. It's a Starbucks, so you know what you're here for. There is a parking lot; an attendant usually shows up around 8a or so, depending on the day of the week. I think they validate for 20 minutes; you have to get your ticket stamped inside. Reason why I'm rating this a little higher is due to the staff that I dealt with on a weekend recently. It was still too early so there was no parking attendant just yet, and a handful of cars were in the lot. A homeless man was yelling at everyone who came there, and I was his newest target. Typical cussing, verbally abusive, the usual. Although this is not the fault of Starbucks by any means, I let the cashier know, and another barista wandered over to listen in. She knew exactly who I was speaking about, and she let me know the cops have been called multiple times since he's bothered the staff as well...and yet nothing is done. I don't know if it's technically not their property he is on since he was on the Santa Monica Blvd. side, yet these girls face this idiot on a more consistent basis, and I'm concerned one of them may get hurt. It's sad to see so many Starbucks locations closing due to the homeless issues; they already have to deal with asshole customers as it is, but this is getting out of hand. I was looking for a place to grab a bite for the kids and a coffee for me. The food was good but the staff was standoffish. I ordered a Nitro cold brew and half way through them preparing my order, the keg needed to be changed. It took two people to change the keg. I totally understand that they ran out and needed to change the keg but they didn't tell me what was going on and it took two people to change it. They should have told me what was going on and tell me it would take 10 minutes. It also would have been nice if they gave me the option to wait or get something else. There is a paid parking lot behind the store. You have 20 minutes validation so make sure to ask for your stamp when you order. The bathroom was messy and looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned that day. read more

Oh What Yum It Is To Sip Here! Popped into this stunning Starbucks Reserve across from the Peninsula Hotel to meet a friend during the holidays. Given the season, I had to try the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha ($5.25). Yum! It was Christmas in a cup! Perfect for sweet tooths, and I didn't need to add sugar. Even the staff was in a merry mood, so the whole experience was festive and fun. Found street parking since Beverly Hills is practically empty during the holidays. This location across from the peninsula Hotel is adjacent to one of the most expensive hotels in Beverly Hills plus at times, can be overrun by high school kids. I understand things like staffing shortages, and patrons outnumbering employees, but this place is a mess. The counter covered in debris, straw wrappers, and liquid from drinks plus dirty bathrooms. Then a thick layer of dirt on the tables outside. I'll still get my drink here, but get it together people. read more

They are always quick with service, especially mobile orders. However, they never seem to make the cold foam correctly. It has too many bubbles and melts too quickly into the rest of the drink. I havent had that issue with the same order i always get at other starbucks locations. Also, their ice is a smaller and different shape than any other location. read more

I came here on a weekend during the evening. The weekday crowd or experience may vary. Good for people visiting Beverly Hills. Across from one of the hotels. Also, if your group can't decide between coffee or tea this location is next to Teavana and you can enter one through the other so your group can get either or both. Customer service was really great. The man that helped us was super friendly and helpful. I told him what I wanted in a drink and he helped me find what I was looking for and tailored it to my wishes. Great parking lot in the back. Free. Pretty busy for a weekend though. No line when I came in but after I was sitting for a while I saw a long line form. I bet it wavers in and out. Try to avoid peak hours. Lots of people getting drinks to go. Place had lots of people but not overly crowded. Large indoor sitting area. Has a nice outside sitting area. On a busy street though. Lots of extras to buy on the side of the ordering area.
