Wait times are longer here than any other Starbucks I've been to plus they're very inconsistent with their drinks. Employees are nice but often times my drink is wrong or just tastes watered down (I order chai latte hot with no water and toffee nut syrup), several times they've put coffee in my chai! Every time I go through this drive thru, every person I see gives great customer service. They make the coffee perfect every time, though mistakes are normal every now and then! They always make up for it. If I can't make it through the drive thru again because I am headed somewhere, I am able to contact customer service and they make it right. Really appreciate the work these employees put in to making our coffee. read more

I have never waited in line longer at a Starbucks than I have at this location. Not just once.. a few times. I wish I was being dramatic but I'm not kidding. I have waited up to 30 minutes with only just a couple cars in front of me... multiple times! It would be quicker to just go across the street to target, park, unload my baby, and walk to the Starbucks inside. I stopped by to buy a Venti Medicine Ball. I've ordered a couple within the last month and the price was $2.15. This visit, it was $4.15. When o asked about the price they said the Medicine Ball wasn't created by Starbucks so they charged for a double tea. When Starbucks acquired the drink, they renamed it Citrus Honey tea; so, that means the item is more expensive. read more

This is my usual Sunday after church Starbucks and I usually use the drive thru. Tonight I stopped for a cup of coffee before Bible Study and got the usual friendly and efficient service. Coffee was good and fresh and service was quick. This is a newer Starbucks and I am so glad that Belton has one. This community deserves a good cup of coffee. This store often has specials on whole beans and other offers with local flavor that are community specific. The inside of the store is also comfortable and a good place to work on the laptop. read more

I had the Pink Drink this morning. I'm not sure why they couldn't find another name like full of deliciousness or strawberry coconut drinks make the world go round. It's an amazing concoction of strawberries and coconut milk. I highly recommend everyone try this slurp of heaven! read more

This might be the only coffee shop in Belton. I come here when I really need a coffee fix. I hadn't been here in awhile and found out they no longer carry their apple fritters (what a shame). I asked the barista for a similar recommendation and ordered his suggestion, some type of cinnamon bun. It was ok, not something I'd order again. His friendliness was definitely appreciated. I find their food to be basic for the most part. If you're in a bind it can do the trick, but it's no destination spot. read more

I went here today like around 7:00 thru the drive thru for this thing if you sign up for the reward thing they give you all these exclusive gifts and stuff so one of the things I got was a free Starbucks drink anything you want and so we told them I wanted a tall vanilla frappe and they gave me a small and they said they never got one of the reward thing that I showed them but it was clearly made from Starbucks but they gave me a free drink without the gift thing and the frappe was decent . read more

Yesterday I stopped at Starbucks before doing some shopping and they were packed! The wait was much longer than normal, but when you need a caffeine fix, you don't really complain. I wasn't even upset by the time I got up to the window, and I was told my drinks were on the house! I was so surprised by this that I ended up tipping what I would have paid because I consistently get friendly, genuinely polite service from this location. read more

Terrible location! Baristas don't pay attention to specific orders written on drinks and when you ask them to remake it, SO much attitude! Zero pride in their jobs..the bar is dirty with spilt milk everything and I watched as drinks were being over iced and drinks were spilling into the ice dispenser. Terrible service! Worst Starbucks I've ever been too! They messed up our order 3x, and still ended up w a vanilla latte instead of French vanilla.
