Worst Starbucks ever. Staff are over paid pre Madonna's. They treat their Customers as a nuisance.

Worst latte I ever got. It tastes like water down. Do they even know how to make coffee anymore?

Amazingly friendly staff, after my 3rd visit I was greeted by name. They all seem to enjoy working together, so starting your day with some happiness makes it better. Standard Starbucks fare, which I like, and since it's in a small town not really busy. Glad they exist, they have made some recent mornings better for me. read more

Our car broke down in the drive thru and the staff were the nicest, most helpful humans ever!

I went to Starbucks in Belfair this morning and the guy who took my order in the drive-through was very rude to me and I will not be returning to this location in the future. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere! I love many of the other workers who have been exceptionally nice but I will not chance going there and having him take my order EVER again! There are plenty of other coffee options available in this small town that I'd rather give my hard-earned money to from now on. read more

The employees at this Starbucks are always SOOOO nice. I have watched so many rude customers in this store be so mean to the baristas (being in belfair this is pretty common) and the employees always handle it so well. This is my favorite Starbucks to go to in this area! read more

Very Cool Starbucks !! I'm not a big Starbucks fan but this one in Belfair seemed so out of place with it's great design, it just pulled me in..... The Wood Paneling exterior just looks so cool, it must have just been redone cause it just looked brand new. I went inside and it was just as nice inside, nicely laid out, clean, just had a great feel to it..... (Maybe cause I'm hearing James Brown "I feel good" in the background as I write this.... Lol) Even my Barista that made my "Fancy" drink was cool !! A cool British accent and so well mannered, professional & friendly.... I will definitely return to this one !! read more

Nothing like Tar! The coffee is horrid. If you like burnt coffee, go to tarbucks. Oh and flavorless drinks.

Waiting 10 minutes for an iced coffee is not acceptable. The baristas were working very hard so they were obviously understaffed! And that's a management issue. The only other thing that was frustrating was that standing in the store waiting for your order while the drive up was moving at a much faster pace, there priorities were out of order. So by the time I received my coffee my heated sandwich was cold. This is disappointing since I go to Starbucks, not this store in particular, but a store at least 2 times a day. read more

This is the worst Starbucks ever. If your in a hurry don't even temp it. We waited 15 minutes before we asked where our food was. She then proceeded to put it in the oven! Terrible!! read more

Nothing special. It's a Starbucks, but it's the only sit-down-and-chat with friends coffeeshop in Belfair, so that's Good!

I thought I was the only one. I drink coffee (not tea like the other reviewer) and hop from Starbucks to Starbucks throughout the day in the Seattle area. No problems with refills from Seattle Starbucks because they also recognize that many times people will buy an additional snack and 10-cents of coffee is a small price to pay to: 1) get another chance to sell something, and, 2) customer loyalty. The Belfair Starbucks is definitely worth skipping -- they're a little too focused on the bottom line. No vision. I think I'll save my Starbucks money for when I'm in Seattle and visit the other coffee shops when I'm on Bainbridge. read more

This place sucks, they always mess up orders and the coffee always taste burnt. Get out of your car and go to the one in Safeway. Better and more competent crew working in there. This place is only successful because belfair is a traffic choke point and people grt stuck in traffic and decide to buy this places subpar coffee. Train your baristas read more

Majority of the time this place gets my order wrong. The starbucks in QFC at least gives me freebie coupons if they mess up my order(once!). Its not faster to go in a drive thru if you mess up the order and we have to come back and either wait in drive thru line or go inside and wait for it to be fixed. read more

It's a Starbucks. Nothing special about it. Three stars because it's a Starbucks and they have a full menu. My kids love the protein boxes and it's the best kid fast food around (hard boiled egg, fruit, peanut butter, whole grain biscuit, and a good cheese ....power and nutrition with drive thru convenience.) I've been a regular here and I will definitely come back. I had my last sloppy sandwich though. I was loyal to their sourdough BBQ brisket sandwich when it was on the menu and I had attributed the bag 'o' sandwich material that I got a few times to that particular item because it is that style of sandwich, kinda loose but a complete experience, good bread, good sauce, good protein. Today was not that forgiving. A breakfast sandwich which had, I think, been assembled like one would make a Martini, assembled and then shaken to $h*t in that little white bag. I pulled out of the drive thru to get a new one and the girls nicely apologized and totally honored my request. But, I've been in there before when the girls are talking to each other through their headsets ABOUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER. That's just no good, man. So as a customer who has witnessed this, today made me feel like they were those girls in high school who whispered caddy remarks to each other when certain kids went by. Since I'm far removed from high school, those were not behaviors I expected from adults. But like high school, I can't keep my mouth shut about what jerks people can be. And like an adult, I've learned to not piss off the people who make my food. And like a mom, I will go back again because it quiets my kids while we drive right by McDonald's with our healthy option. read more

This particular Starbucks is ridiculous! I have had to have my drinks remade and I am so done. The coffee is bitter or burnt tasting and when you do confront them they are rude or make negative facial gestures about it to the other employees, like your trying to pull a fast one. I have tried and tried and every time its been a disappointment. There has been a high turn over with baristas. I think they need to do more training for them are well as the manager. He was pretty rude to me and told me to call the store first before I bring back my drink. I should not have to call I should have it MADE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME!! Moving on to bigger and better things. read more

I love the way this Starbucks is decorated--there's almost this French-Colonial feel to it. Driving up to this store is rather impressive with the gorgeous wood paneling on the outside. The baristas have been rather unimpressive in their attitude, but the coffee is decent. I give them points because it's a nice place to hang out. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to! On my way to Olympia from Bremerton, I went through the drive through to get a Vente Sweet Green Iced Tea. Cost? $2.98. What my bank statement says they charged me? $14.27. The lady was new, fumbled around, tried to give me a bunch of food (so I'm thinking they got charged the $2.98) and didn't give me a receipt. Called today and the manager was BEYOND rude and condescending. Wanted me to drive from Bremerton to get my refund.(this isn't the rude part.She was short with me, laughed at me,(and not in a nice way) asking me what I wanted her to do about it, and spoke very rudely to me) Finally settled on sending me a gift card in the mail. We'll see. If it doesn't arrive, corporate is going to get a phone call. It's not the $11, it's how poorly I was treated. Take some customer service classes. read more

Great coffee but place has a major fly problem right now. Flies are getting into my coffee and mgmt doesn't seem to know/care. The Wi-fi is slow and difficult to connect to it. Hope they will upgrade it soon. Also, furniture could use a good cleaning. We will be looking for a better Wi-fi location now. read more
