I got in line (6th person) and wanted to see if I could still get my coffee and be on time for my appointment. It was just after 8AM, and oh man! This barista put the pressure on the others; she got to me with in 10 minutes! (Thankful the others just one coffee orders, and perhaps they just knew what they wanted.) Either way I was not sure I was going to be able to get my coffee today! Sorry I did not catch her name, but she was blond.. and said she'd been a barista for a while.. Fabulous job done!

She has been going there recently in place of her "normal" coffee stand because she likes the flavor of her drink better at Bean Bags, even though it cost her $1 more. I ordered her drink and the barista, Jaylin, was explaining about how the cream separates and looks curdled. I didn't order anything with cream so I was very confused. I reiterated my order to make sure she got it correct. I got my drink and it was incorrect. I told her, kindly, that it was incorrect and she said "Jesus!" And she dumped the drink out in a very rough manner. She made another one and the manager handed it to me. I kindly stated that one was also incorrect and that my daughter cannot have carbonation and that's why I ordered it with plain water. The manager just said "oh, I'm sorry!" Never offered to remake it or anything, so I said "I guess I'll just have to pay $10 ($9 + $1 tip) for a drink I have to dump out. What a disappointment. I guess we won't be going there anymore.

On a day we didn't have to rush, we drove up and ordered an Americano. The problem with the drink was it tasted like coffee flavored water. Not like a strong Americano. We asked for a punch card because we figured we could try it another day. They do not have punch cards, they have a notebook which they take your name and put your punches on a page. We were both a little sad about the drinks and possibly might try this place again but the poor Barista seemed so frazzled... Not sure if she was new or what. But if she was new, a little training and support would be nice.
