They have a selection of breakfast items (bagels, sandwiches, pastries) and a small amount of lunch options like hot dogs and chips. I tried two different bagel flavors with cream cheese: swiss everything and asiago. I also had two espresso drinks, both of which were delicious. They have multiple alternative milk options, including hemp milk. I bet this place is even more welcoming and cozy when indoor seating is open. It is nice, however, that there is ample parking and outdoor seating around the back. The (presumed) owner was very friendly and service was quick. This new place is a gem!…read more It's a beautiful little shop with a double drive through and plenty of options to please anyone. I opted for a macadamia nut iced latte with hemp milk - delicious! Reasonably priced for the quality, which wasn't the best espresso I've ever had, but still fully satisfying. The woman helping us was super nice and patient. If I were a local, I'd definitely frequent Cornerstone Coffee. Check it out.

With that, there's always a risk of the experience only being average (in hopes of it being amazing.) This place quality of coffee and food was simply average. I got a blended white cow add mocha and vanilla. I get the same thing (white chocolate, add regular mocha and vanilla frap) at this place called Gravity Coffee and it's the best thing ever so I was hoping it wasn't too far off at this place. (BTDub - If you're every in the Tacoma, Olympia, Puyallup area you MUST check out Gravity Coffee #JustSayin.) It's not like my drink here was bad by any means, just wasn't amazing which is disappointing. It was heavy on the espresso flavor. So, if you're in the mood for that, definitely try it, but I like when the flavors blend well together and in this one the espresso was just overpowering. I read in a different review that they don't use a frap base, (unfortunately, after I already ordered the drink) so that is probably why the blend seems off. I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Now, I wish I could separate my star ratings from food, to drink, to service because the food was awful. It's on an English Muffin, (so pretty basic) but it wasn't even toasted which gave it a true 1 star. The service would've received 5 stars. The woman was super nice. She even told me the name of a different drink that I could've ordered (if I ever come back) that way I don't get charged for all the extra flavors. Unfortunately, by this point, I was already thinking of how I wasn't going to come back so I didn't bother to remember the name. Also, the branding and physical appearance would receive 5 stars in my book too! Its truly a cute little place. I love the fonts of the menu and the sandwich packaging. Urraco Coffee Company was a great stop on a very recent trip to Shelton. We have heard about it…read moremaybe about a year ago but never made it there until just recently. I could be wrong but it looks like it's the only independently owned coffee shop in town or at least in the downtown area. And it indeed shows! The line to place orders was quite long inside the place and they were also managing orders for drive thru customers. But they had the line moving steadily and got customers on their way at a pretty good pace. I'm guessing it's like this here often and they are well practiced! But there was also a church nearby and a farmers market which brought in a lot of people. I really enjoyed the Toasted Pecan Latte from their Autumn coffee menu. It was very good! Nice and smooth and the nuttiness was so pleasant as we enter into Autumn! Of course it wouldn't be a full coffee shop experience without trying out the pastries. They all look to have been made locally as in the Shelton area. I got an almond Danish which was so good and went with the coffee drink quite well! Such a nice coffee shop to hang out at. They have indoor and outdoor seating but even with that it could be a challenge to find a place to sit if it's always this popular.

They have lots of good pastries, just kind of wish they would've had like a breakfast sandwich or something on the menu. What they do have, they do well though. So no complaints at all.
