This lovely lady (I'm sorry I forgot your name) made me a special iced matcha latte and she did not disappoint since I told her to "surprised me in flavor!" Great matcha flavor and does not taste like grass. Super friendly people and honestly I came right after the rush because they are always busy when I arrive but worth the wait since their drinks are great!! Nice plus - my former M&T Coffee stamp card will be honored until it is completed. This location has been our go to during visits from Shoreline to Bremerton. The chai breve that we got tasted like lightly flavored milk barely tasted like chai. When I asked if the kids drink came in a reusable cup they said yes. We were very disappointed when we got the cup as it isn't exactly reusable so we'll see how many times it can be reused. Was this something that they phased out? Specifically, this company appears to be serving old/bad cold-brewed coffee to customers. There needs to be better quality control to make sure someone doesn't get sick from rancid coffee!! I ordered a 16oz cold brew (iced) coffee today at this stand on my way to an appointment with my kids, and within the first sip I knew something was off. It took another sip or two until I realized what it was; the coffee tasted moldy. It tasted exactly like what it smells like if you leave a coffee in your car for several days and go dump it down the sink... That musty, moldy smell/taste still hasn't completely left my mouth and it's been an hour since I dumped the rest of the drink out. The employees of this coffee stand need to take better care of ensuring their products are FRESH and not RANCID or MOLDY before serving it to customers. For example: If you have a jug of cold brew in the fridge (whether it's purchased elsewhere or made on-site)? Make sure you write the date on it and if it gets past ~5 days old, dump it out and make or buy more. Follow whatever it says on the bottle for the "Best By" date, and if in doubt, take a sip for yourself first before selling it to customers. If you're not getting enough demand for that particular beverage, you'd be better off not having it at all rather than serving us RANCID or MOLDY cold-brewed coffee! I am extremely mold-sensitive and now I have to worry about health flares from today's unintentional exposure.

However, I asked for a not too sweet coffee and after taking a sip of the coffee I ordered, my mouth had so much sugar in it that it felt like my mouth was washed with a sugar cube. My friend also got requested less sweet and got a sugar explosion. It was pretty dissapointing. They are nailing their customer service but please also remember to listen to the customers requests and make it right!

You can't go wrong with the coffee, and you most certainly can't go wrong with the variety of Big Train smoothies and Chai Tea flavors they offer either. They also offer Ghirardelli chocolate and White Chocolate, which is hard to find in a lot of coffee shops. Their list of specialty drinks is endless! In the summer, enjoy a "Grasshopper" which is a blended mocha with mint and oreos. In the winter have a "Ski Lift" which is a Creme de Menthe and Irish Creme Mocha. The baristas are pleasant and the owner who is working the window every once in a while is just super friendly. I'll come by here for my cup o' joe before the drive thru Starbucks down the road!
