I am never disappointed with the service or quality from this location, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Today specifically, and I didn't catch her name, but the bright red curly haired girl absolutely made my whole week, I only had a $100 dollar bill and asked if she could break it, which she said she couldn't, with no other way to pay I sadly put away my wallet, she stopped and said "don't worry, I gotcha" thinking she could make it work, but she gave me the drink for free! Your typical Starbucks today I went through the drive-through and I have to say it always amazes me when they don't listen to you. It was a very simple drink nothing elaborate just a vanilla latte and the girl couldn't even get that right on the microphone she needed to be corrected, so I'm not really sure how hard it is to multitask but at least when I got to the window, the drink was correct they're always pleasant and the place is clean. Wheather with a perfectly good drink,(I can't find someone who ever makes mine taste the same he does!), a chat, anything he always brightens mine and my friends day!. Being from bremerton this IS the best starbucks around. Cleaned from top to bottom, always stocked, and of course the wait time may be a bit 5-10 minutes but thats what happens when its the only clean store with no roaches. Ive gone here often....and pretty much every single time, my drink is as screwed up as it can get. And sometimes, they even charge me for the food they didnt have, that i originally wanted, and got something else. They are absolutely insulted if you ask them to fix their screw up! I know i know...how dare i not want to be charged for items that arent in stock, and i wont receive. Ive worked for starbucks for 3 and a half years in the past, and was a trainer for over a year....so....i do feel i have a slight understanding of what goes on, and how things are supposed to go. Today. Ordered 2 of the EXACT same drinks. Got to the window, paid, and was handed the drink, which was very very noticeably wrong. When i asked if it was correct, the guy said yes. Even though the sticker was wrong, he swore it was correct. I even asked if he made it according to the sticker, which he insisted it was. He asked the girl if she made it right and she said yes she read the sticker and made it that way (which was wrong due to the girl NOT taking the order correctly, and reassuring me she heard my order correct even though she read it back wrong to me) so.....you know... wrong. After trying the drink made very incorrectly, the guy offered to remake them. The girl in the back could have lost the attitude since she had to remake the drinks she made wrong(well...technically correct since the girl taking the order couldnt take the order correctly) but....yea....dont need the attitude....especially when its in view of the drive through. The remakes were worse then the original. Maybe her shitty attitude tainted the java. But.....you know.... what can ya do....... I handed the guy some cash for a tip....and he just snatched it out of my hand and closed the window. All around horrible service and employees who obviously dont care. I used to frequent this Starbucks as i lived right up the street. Unfortunately over the last year the staff and quality of drinks has drastically plummeted. My drink is never made the same even though it is ordered the same every time. And that's when they are actually open.. as business hours are stated they should be open yet the last 4 times I've gone this location has been closed. The best part about it, one of the most recent times i went i waited in line for 15 minutes. When i got up to the ordering screen the girls told me "sorry we can't help you we are closing for the day" even though I HAD BEEN SITTING IN THE LINE ALREADY FOR 15 MINUTES!!! And.... They helped the person in front of me. The young girls in the window were rude, unprofessional, and unfortunately lost a frequent customer for their store. I really wish this location would slow down and pay attention to what people are ordering and actually get the order correct. I've dumped out the last two drinks because they couldn't listen. There is supposed to be an ASK ME on the order slip when there's a special request and they don't do that, therefore messing up the drink that I pay good money for. I even asked them specifically this morning and they said it was made correctly even though I could tell by looking at it that it was wrong. I will be going to dutch brothers down the road from now on. If you're going to spend your money on Starbucks make sure you're getting what you asked for. I came in 1/13/19 because it had snowed several inches at my house, just down the street, but I had to drive 45 minutes to work in Gig Harbor still. The cappuccinos here are like weak lattes and the barista told us that it's normal for lattes the be smothered in whip cream (which we didn't ask for) ... it seems like Starbucks has a training issue it needs to take care of ( again)... as a former employee I know how much pride Starbucks used to take in the customer experience and the quality of their products... it seems that now they are happy to just get by putting out mediocre junk. I'm so thankful to have another drive thru Starbucks in East Bremerton. This one is located closer to the ferry terminal than the one across from Walmart and I have to say is a lot faster as well. Its sad this place has some bad reviews. Im not doubting others experience(s). All I can speak to is my own. And it has been consistently good at this location. The staff have shown themselves to be friendly (as most any Starbucks honestly) and committed to good service. Ive never had my drink made wrong but to be fair I don't usually order anything off menu or super special made. I guess Im kinda basic like that. I like the layout also. It feels modern, spacious and upscale. The only thing Im not so happy about is the parking. The way its angled feels cramped &I don't even have a big vehicle. I went back through the drive thru and waited to get the drink I actually ordered which ended up taking entirely too long! When I get to the window I ask the guy if I got charged for the right drink seeing as he didn't give me a receipt my first time through? He says yes you did I remember. I only ever go through the drive thru and everyone is always nice. The coffee is just Starbucks coffee but I have a few specific requests about how I'd like my coffee made and they always listen and get it right. For this reason, they get 5 stars. This is my favorite Starbucks destination in the area. I am addicted to the "Valencia Orange Refreshers" so Starbucks, don't ever get rid of them! I have several favorite baristas but I'm terrible with names. Jill is the only one that comes to mind at the moment. Hopefully I can update this later when I remember the other lady's name. You would think that someone would notice the inventory and perhaps all the sad customers like me who would like to eat a tomato and mozzarella panini after 12 noon, but no. Cyrus was the rudest partner I have ever met. He didn't say hi when we drove up. Didn't say anything to us except here is your raspberry one....here's this one and here is this. Which each thing took about 3 minutes in between to get. No conversation in between time, was to busy talking to his fellow co workers. Usually this is a good place to go for coffee or tea. Sometimes we get a sandwich or a chocolate croissant. Most of the time they do well. They are always really friendly and want to help get the coffee drink you seek. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. It's the perfect place for a brief meeting. The thing sometimes the Batista's don't understand is we are paying quite a bit of money for a coffee drink. It's not like we as customers feel really good about having to throw an expensive cup of coffee away if it doesn't fit our dietary needs. Or maybe it's just not made how we wanted. Or maybe they did not fill the hibiscus up to the top so we feel cheated. Not all but at some Starbucks they get really snooty with the how dare you question me attitude if you make sure they put coconut milk instead of soy. Guess what? You are not the one drinking it, and if I'm paying out the ass for a good cup of coffee Taylor made for me then I expect it to be amazing every time. Sometimes these baristas are extremely snotty and don't care if possibly we could get an allergic reaction cuz they made it wrong or maybe it just tastes really bad. I want to make sure this review is clear that most Starbucks baristas do an amazing job for their customers. I just had a bad experience today in Bremerton. I asked for coconut milk in my mocha and I watched her poor in my cup a box labeled soy milk. When I asked about it she smirked with the how dare you ask attitude and lied to my face.
