Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Starbucks. No smile when I ordered my drink, lady looked like she was doing me a favor. The person making my drink, would start, then stop, walk away and continue making others drinks, then finally came back to mine. EVERY SINGLE Starbucks I have gone into asks for your name to place on baked items and drinks. This place could care less. So you have people touching bags with baked items and drinks, reading the description to see if it's their drink. Place was dirty, bar with napkins had none, low stocked half and half and other items. No straws???? I ordered my drink and didn't receive a straw. When I did, received a look of hassle for asking. I stopped in here on my way across the country. It's a bit hard to find ( little strip mall towards the edge of town I think) but I was glad I did. The three employs were nice and we chatted a bit. They made my drink correctly and the prices were fair. The bathroom was also nice and clean. They even gave me a big glass of water for the road and wished me well. I could tell they enjoyed their job and that seems to be a rarity these days. I recommend! read more

The SB felt crammed and not very clean. However, my coffee was made well so if you are in the area they def make good coffee.

Kelly the "shift supervisor" should probably stay away from any hospitality/ service industry job because she has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been a local here in Avon since 2012. Unfortunately I have never had a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The women here are always rude, no smiles, looks like they hate their jobs. Just very disappointing. I've been going there off and on hoping I may have just been showing up on days where their moods are bad, but nope. Every time. If you need a coffee fix, I'd suggest Yeti or even driving the few extra minutes to go to the Starbucks in Beaver Creek or Lionshead. read more

I was very disappointed. I showed up just after 7am to grab coffee before work and they weren't open. It says 5am on the website and so i called just to make sure. They said they got in late so it wasn't open. When i asked when they would be open they said they wouldn't be open for another hour. Starbucks dropped the ball. The barista Ashley does a wonderful job of serving customers efficiently and politely. When there is a line of 15 people it is stressful for employees to fulfill a plethora of orders, but Ashley is amazing at her job. read more

The coffee is delicious, and more importantly they have the absolute best Baristas who create a family-like atmosphere for their customers. The customer service is Outstanding! This is a great Starbucks, especially due to its location and atmosphere. Located right off Interstate-70, it was very easy to find and access. The employees were very kind and helpful, and made our drinks very quickly! On top of that, the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend stopping here! read more

This Starbucks is one of the better ones that I've seen in my travels. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and greeted me as I came in. This might be the fastest I've ever written a review. Perhaps its because of how pissed I am. I always order straight up coffee so I don't have to wait for a fancy drink unless I am getting something for my wife. So this morning I'm waiting for her drink and the lady just keeps making all of these drinks. So finally I step up and ask if she has a Chai tea latte for me. Her curt response was she has all of these mobile orders ahead of me. I will find out if this is their policy to make a live customer wait while standing there or if the barista has the discretion and common sense to fix one drink. Because heaven knows you don't want a local to have to wait one minute for their drink! Also I was here on Sunday. The Anniversary blend was WAY stronger than every other day I enjoyed it. Been in here a half dozen times. Each time i have found it to be musically challenged. Brittany Spears and boy bands blaring away. Starbucks in larger metro areas can often be a place where you can find some new and different artists. This sounds like a Forever 21 store at the mall. read more

This is by far the worst managed Starbucks I have ever been to. They post the incorrect opening hours on their sign by the door and then have the nerve to be upset with their customers because they are showing up at the posted opening hour for food/drink. I have had 2 out of control bad experiences here first thing in the morning and was told by employees or managers that it was my fault for not knowing that their posted opening hour on their sign and the app is wrong. The true problem is that they are showing up at the posted opening time but their ovens have not been turned on and they begin roasting coffee at the posted time instead of arriving ahead of time and opening their doors at the posted opening time. Pure laziness and completely rude to blame us customers. It was just unbelievable that they treat customers this way. I have had to call Starbucks customer service both times to get my reward stars and money back after ordering ahead on the app. I also let them know of the terrible service and appallingly bad management at this location. My most recent experience with an employee there has convinced me that I will NEVER return to this Location and give them ANY business and I implore others to go to the Beaver Creek Village location or the Edwards location. read more
