Stopped by on the way to the hospital for something refreshing. The private parking lot is small but we managed to get a parking space. Watch out for cars coming out from the drive through as you walk into the building. We ordered and grabbed a small table to relax and have our drinks. The drive through was busy and it took a bit for our drinks to be made. But the space was nice and not crowded so we chatted as we waited. Erin should be fired. Never in my life have I had such a horrific experience at a coffee shop. After having to travel to this as a third option; the staff was humanly all over the place. The shift leader who I believe is Sadie doesn't indeed know how to run a shift unfortunately. Kristina took my order and overcharged me, and it was at this point Erin stepped in and offered the most humanly rude request that I not return. I spend nearly 20 dollars here daily and will now have to find somewhere else to get coffee. Upon serval requests for a paper receipt from Kristina I was denied multiple times; likely because she overcharged me and didn't want to fix her mistake. For years this location has been great but lately I swear they have been putting less shots of espresso in my drink to save time. Usual drink is grande iced americano with 5 shots and a splash of milk (very dark drink.) Over the last 4 visits each time the drink is less strong and more light colored. Should be pretty bitter but it's not. Horrible that I'm paying for something and just not getting it. I even went inside so I'm not holding up the drive thru for a 5 shot drink. The line is always super long and after waiting such a long time for an overpriced drink the least y'all could do is make it correctly. I get a kiwi starfruit refresher a few times a week. Half the time they are great. The other half it's made wrong and tastes like cat piss. Like super bitter and just bad tasting like something is really wrong with it. Messed up all 3 of my drinks. I paid for extra "add-ons" that I was charged for but didn't get. I had to go home and add some things to my drinks to make them drinkable! Unacceptable! Cashier didn't understand that I wanted to add $20 to my card and then use my card to pay for my drinks. Cashier charged me $20 to load my card and then $15 for my drinks. I love Starbucks. The coffee is usually always on par. The food is left open if you get a mobile order. How hard is it to close to ensure flys don't enter your bag? For how much you pay, that is ridiculous. Ever since the daycare opened next door, the lack of consideration from people trying to get in the parking lot or drive through at Starbucks is inexcusable. The thru way is blocked for daycare parents and employees. This needs addressed. Someone needs to be out there or there needs to be signs saying not to block the thru traffic. This is the best Starbucks in the area. My drinks are always made correctly. I always order ahead via mobile and pick it up. Usually ready in less than 5 minutes. I never use the drive thru at any Starbucks because the lines are always so long, so I can't comment on the drive thru (but I have never understood why people would get into a line with 20+ cars!). The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Marcus and Kevin. I even came to this Starbucks to have them remake my drink that I bought at the one on Smoky Hill and Gibraltar because they messed it up (common at that location). 2nd time I've been to this location. First time I just figured it was a fluke. Today I realize I was wrong. I waited so long in the drive thru I had to back up to let a car out of line. Then when I got to the window she was so confused that the car left. The. I waited at the window for 15 minutes and was almost given the wrong drinks. I'd rather go in the King Soopers to get my drinks then come here again. Whole process took 23 minutes. To top it off all of our hot drink tastes absolutely disgusting. 28 dollars down the drain. This is a new location, and I have to admit that they've had some rough patches in getting started. The first two times I went there they messed by order up pretty badly (wrong size and wrong drink). But they've gotten a lot better since then, so I think it's just a learning curve. All of the employees seem super nice and are always willing to make things right. I thought I would check out the newest Starbucks around, one Thursday afternoon when I was feeling indulgent. It's just opened around the corner and every time I've been past it doesn't look too busy, so I hit up the drive through. I actually decided to try a new fall flavour, the salted caramel mocha frap, and it was alright! Better than I thought but you could still taste the burnt coffee a little. I felt like the wait in the drive through line was longer than it should have been, there was only 4 cars and I was waiting probably 15 minutes? I was so excited a Starbucks opened near my house! However I would be more excited if I could get a correct drink out of them. In my previous two visits I ordered a kids hot chocolate along with my drink. Each time the kids hit chocolate was steamed to regular temp, thus making it impossible for my child to drink. Today I went to try one more time. I asked for a kids hot chocolate. Well 1st he rang it up as a short hot chocolate. I asked him to please change it to kids to ensure that it was steamed to kids temp. After another person came to help to show him how, it was correct on the screen. I asked again to make sure it was kids temp. I got to the window and they tried to hand me a tall hot chocolate. So I said, no it's a kids. And please make sure it's kids temp. They proceeded to pour the tall into a short cup and hand it to me. I asked AGAIN if they were sure it was kids temp and she said yes. So I took a sip.... regular 160 degrees. And she looked at me like......? So she said they could remake it. I told her forget it. I had already been in line for 10 min and I was not about to subject the rest of the long line to the wait that would occur if they remade it. Come on manager.... you need to be supervising your crew. Quality is more important than speed, but it appears that your team can't achieve either. Disappointing. Update: I have been to this store several more times..... I have yet to get a correct drink out of them. This morning I did a Mobile Order for a Cinnamon Cloud Macchiato and specified that I didn't want caramel drizzle that comes on it because I don't really like the taste of caramel. The cup was marked correctly.... they made a caramel macchiato. No one cared to fix it or acknowledge that I was waiting to get someone's attention. This store is HORRIBLE. Guys, it's bad. I understand Starbucks is a mega corporation and doesn't rely on the poor reviews left on yelp, but for your own sanity, please skip this store. Manager, if you're reading this: retrain your employees on how to enter in additions to drinks correctly. It's the one closest to my house and I can't remember the last time I've had so many orders done wrong. I'm not even a difficult order. I just want an extra shot in my drink and the man who is almost ALWAYS at the drive thru always enters it as a single shot, not extra shot. So then I get even less coffee. I can see it on the screen and I ask if this is correct and he says that's how to enter it but nowhere else puts it in that way. Since he's the only one manning the drive-thru this is what I get. I have small kids so I'm not walking in to correct it either. When I've gone in it was even worse. No one knew how to correctly make a salted caramel mocha which is one of the seasonal drinks! You can still order it throughout the year but I got some hazelnut horrible one instead. I asked three different employees if it was the correct drink formula and they all said something different or shrugged. Do yourself a favor and go further down the road. Or just burn a $5 bill in the parking lot and you'll get the same effect. read more

I will be complaining to the district manager asap about this place. I've been keeping my mouth shut and they've messed up THREE times in the past 6 months and I don't go there too often. The first time I ordered two drinks one with a reusable cup (venti) and a grande... Well it was a trainee that wasn't taking his job seriously and he misplaced the stickers so I had the grande beverage in the reusable venti cup and another venti drink and the sticker got stuck on the cup until I applied googone. The second mistake they made was spending my stars with out concent, I got two drinks that should've came out to about 8-10$ BUT it came out to 4$ didn't really think anything of it just got my drinks and went home but then I looked at my account and it was drained no way to get the stars back, no way to ask for a receipt, nothing. The third and final straw was denying my partial pay. When I don't have enough on my literal Starbucks card I usually have them scan my card then use the credit card but they told me they didn't do it, and I'd have to reload it in a massive drive thru line so I just handed my card and sadly didn't get my points. Ive heard this is a training facility and damn it really be a training a facility I will totally be willing to updating my review if stuff changes. read more
