To all who read the reviews on here, please read this. This is Starbucks, not Dunkin', honey. Orders that are anything more than a coffee will take a minimum of two minutes alone to make. Trust me, I make a single cup of coffee every day. The setup of that entire strip mall makes the traffic terrible by default, with the cars entering and exiting the parking lot in the same places as the drive-thru line starts and ends. And remember, you are paying for Starbucks. Please get over yourself. People starve on the streets, and you are complaining about your Frappuccino...Stop. Now. I came here to pick up my daughter in law her favorite coffee. The drive through line was long so I opted to go inside. It was 9:15 AM and only two guests sitting at tables. I was greeted with " curbside pickup?" To which i replied "no may I order in here or do I have to go to my car and order?". The barista replied yes and continued working to fill her orders. There were 5 people hustling around. A young gentleman asked me for my order, I paid and waited, and waited and waited.15 minutes went bye and finally my 1 coffee drink was ready. I took it from the counter, turned to leave the store, at the same time a larger gentleman was leaving as well, he didn't open the door for me( which is fine I understand chivalry is almost dead) however the door slammed on me and I spilled the drink. Horrified, I picked up the cup and handed to the barista who had greeted me and called my name when the order was up. She looked at me and said thank you.........I stood there for a few minutes (thinking they would remake the order) after 5 minutes she looked at me and said "why are you standing there? Do you need a paper towel? Did it spill on you??.. I said no...... she said well goodbye then! Really?!?! I have worked in food service in fast food restaurants and never, ever treated someone so horribly! Times sure have changed! I won't be going here EVER AGAIN! read more

The peeps at Starbucks are great. They remember my kids every time I go through the drive thru. Since my boys were born, I have been going there!! I am a gold member and have been for 4 years. Yesterday I went through the drive and had to wait longer than usual. I didn't mind. I love the venti Iced white chocolate non-fat no whip coffees!!! This is by far the slowest Starbucks drive-thru I have ever experienced. I hit my fair share on a regular basis and could not believe how long the wait was when there was barely a line to begin with. read more

This Starbucks is like all of the other ones... FANTASTIC! I've been there at least 53 times..(AND THAT WAS JUST IN MARCH!) They are friendly. I always get the Green Tea frappuccino with raspberry... You should try it.. Or anything else. Cake pops are great too... Pick yourself up a mug as well.. Why not?? I dunno.. I have no reason why you shouldn't. I am personally more of a Caribou girl but had the comment on this particular Starbucks. The drive thru line is always long here due to location, however, the employees keep it moving like a well oiled machine in the morning. Ron is hands down the reason I stop here on my way to work. He can make the crabbiest of caffeine seeking zombies laugh consistently. I used to work this shift in the past, so I know this is no easy feat. Hats off to the staff. I may be more of a Starbucks girl overall if the rest of the stores could be staffed like this one. read more

I've given this location multiple chances to prevent me from writing this review. This was the last chance. I ordered a Iced Green Tea latte. It was absolutely the worst green tea latte ever. Every time I took a sip of it I would get huge chucks of powder. It was disgusting. I stirred it for about 10 minutes and still couldn't evade the huge chunks of powder. Never going back. read more

Well. It's Starbucks so they all taste the same...except the last time I went. I ordered an iced white mocha expecting the same kind of deliciousness I usually receive. Instead... the initial flavor was to par only to wait another second and realize that the milk tasted like putrescence. I took a few more sips to make sure that my palette was only the drink and not the pizza that I had earlier. I turned around and informed the manager on duty about the horror that I just experienced and she kindly replaced the drink free of charge - which was very nice. However... the first sip that I partook in was very reminiscent of the first drink. I relived that horrid experience I had moments before. Both drinks tasted like stale farts. Oh, and the drive thru is incredibly slow. Not an ideal place to order a drink when on your way to work. Unless you mobile order. But beware of the stale farts. Thanks. read more

This place is good. The staff was really friendly and attentive. The two drinks I had here while talking to my friend were really well made. I'd just as easily give it 4 or 5 stars, but my goodness... this was probably the loudest Starbucks I've ever been in. I don't mean the people or the machines... it was the volume of the music. The selection was fine and it wasn't concert loud or anything, but I did have trouble hearing my friend speak. If you can't have a conversation while drinking your coffee, then it really takes away from the purpose of going to a coffee shop (besides getting coffee, obviously). If I go back, I'll definitely ask them to dial it down a notch. read more

I always go there every Friday before I go to school. Their employees are so nice and their drinks are amazing as always.

Very run of the mill Starbucks but it's good...generally most of the chains are pretty consistent.

Great service and pleasant employees. Store is very clean and inviting to the not so coffee person, great for small chats, meetings of one on one, computer time, etc I will return since the experience was awesome read more

This is absolutely, by far, the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. I admittedly go to Starbucks daily, maybe even twice a day and I travel for work so needless to say I hit a lot of Starbucks. Every time I come to this location I wait for at least 17 mins in the drive thru and the coffee is usually old and you can taste the difference. When brought to their attention, specifically for the amount of time they take they always claim it's because they are busy but I find that funny as well since they usually don't have half the line the other locations usually do. They really need to improve their service. read more

I was at Starbucks on 9/22/18 and was handed a hot venti beverage without the lid on it all the way. It erupted in my hand, burning my arm and getting all over everything inside my car, including my daughter!! The only thing the lady who handed me my drink said was that she would remake the drink for me. Meanwhile, I am sitting in puddles of coffee with a coffee burn on my arm. I pulled up into a parking place to start cleaning up the mess and not a single person from Starbucks came out to check on us to make sure we were okay and to see what they could do to help us. NOBODY!! I had to go in and ask for the manager. They should have a policy and check list in place when something like this happens. They didn't do anything for me. And the person the assistant manager said would be calling me never called. Very, very disappointed!! read more

Every-time I go to this location the line is way to long. I just sat 15min with only 3 cars ahead of me waiting 15min before I could even order. Than an additional 5min to get my order. read more

The people are what make the difference here. Yes, I prefer Starbucks coffee but you want the whole experience and they really engage with you when you come in: they are genuine. They also have the best selection of desserts no matter what time of the day or evening you come in. One of my favorite locations. Oh, and as of this fall, they have local entertainment on Friday nights. read more

The staff is friendly, smart, great attitudes, willingness to modify my drink. The drive through is backed up a lot, but looks worse than it is. They do a good job of getting you through. About a minute per car on average. They sometimes run out of food in the morning. read more

Definitely the worst Starbucks I've been to. And I've been to so many. The morning staff is top notch. The early evenings should b avoided at ALL costs! I sat at the window for 8 minutes waiting for my tea. Four different baristas pasted by the window during that time. Not a single one smiled or acknowledged me. It would have been nice to at least get an order update. Or at least a "sorry it's taking so long". Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had an issue there. Go the Montgomery Starbucks, just down the road. So much nicer! read more

I've been coming here before class the last two weeks, and all of the baristas are so sweet! I accidentally ordered myself a hot chai latte today (a 90 degree day... d'oh) and so asked for a cup of ice once I got to the window. The barista told me no way, that wouldn't taste right at all, and told me to keep the hot one and made me an iced chai for no charge, even though it was my goof.
