Oh, I learned my lesson when it comes to ordering online. I work close to this location and will occasionally stop by for a tea, the mobile app is always the way to go. Just in case they're really backed up, I order about twenty minutes ahead of time. That way, it allows me to literally walk in, grab my drink, and walk back out. One thing I really like about this location is, they place the cups with the name facing the outside. That way, you don't have a ton of people touching your cup, while looking for their name. During the time of COVID, I really like the fact they're doing that. I've only had one mishap when I ordered a frap, they gave me the coffee version instead. I don't like, coffee. I didn't have time to go back, customer service refunded my money and all was well. read more

I only go to Starbucks when I have a gift card. I try to stay away from big chain establishments to the best of my ability. Not big on coffee, but the spinach feta wrap and pumpkin bread are my favorites!! The spinach feta wrap is very flavorful and has everything you need in a wrap (protein, fat, and. veggies). It's always just heated upon ordering, so I'm not sure when or where they make it. I don't know how fresh any of the food items are, but they are always really good every time! Today! was really good this afternoon I must say. Adam today did an amazing job on assisting my order and making it too my desire. He also went over and beyond on assisting my order. I want to give him praise to what he has done today and if any chance "he needs a raise". Andrew and Markel also do an amazing job. They're always nice kind and sweet. It's finally open! :D There's finally a place to rest your feet after roaming around the highlands. The coffee is consistent so far and I love the ample seating area. There's a really large table that's great for unofficial meetings. I can imagine a knitting club meeting up here. I will miss the Jamba Juice that used to be here greatly but I really don't mind having a Starbucks around the Highlands. Parking is iffy here so I just try to find a spot near Potbelly's. :) read more

Went to the Arlington Highlands Location in a very Happy mood. It was my birthday 10/9 and I was retrieving my reward. I ordered my drink online in the app and it stated that it would be ready at 11:09. After arriving I waited 10 minutes with no sign of my beverage. After 15 minutes I asked the Cashier about it and she stated that IN STORE orders preceeded online orders and they were busy. She never once asked a Barista about it. I looked around and EVERYONE in the store had a drink. Needless to say After 35 minutes (after seeing the Baristas whispering wondering what I could be wait for) the Manger finally ask what I ordered and the method it was purchased. I showed her my reply stating my drink should've been ready 35 minutes ago. It angers me that no one seemed to care about me patiently standing there. Poor Customer Service and a horrible start to my birthday. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks on the entire planet. The staff is super friendly and does their best to interact with everyone like actual people. I like that there is NOT a drive thru so you don't get the hurried experience of a lot of other locations. 100% recommend this location over any other. read more

The lady who took my order this morning was very sweet she repeated my order and everything. The lady who was making my drink was a little moody and she stated that she didn't have oakmilk and couldn't use that . She didn't ask me if I wanted something different she just choose almond milk which I can't have I just gave the drink to another person on the way out . What's the big hype over these chain restaurants? I haven't been to one of these places for a while, and just a couple of weeks ago I decided to drop by since I felt like giving them a chance. Just before I came here I visited another Starbucks out of the city and ordered a Chocolate Chip Mocha Frappuccino (?), which ended up being thrown away due for being watery, sugar coffee. I came to Highlands afterwards for a chance to be dissapointed to be same thing again... Now I remember why I stopped giving these establishments my hard earned money. You can pay the same price at a local coffee shop and receive better coffee along with service. No more Starsucks for me. read more

Always a fan. However, this beverages was not a very wise one. This Choice confirms that I am not a fan of truffles. It did not mix well with the mocha and confirms that I am NOT a fan of truffles. I'd put this as a better than average Starbucks. I haven't ever seen a line longer than three people here (maybe I've been lucky, but that's coming at either 8:30 or after lunch). The folks working there are always friendly and have never messed up a drink after at least 10 visits. read more

Lately, I've been coming to this location frequently. The baristas are very friendly, and they keep the place nice and clean. They have quite a bit of seating with bars tools, high tables, a long table, quite a few small tables, and outdoor patio seating. I've never had a problem with my drinks here, and they offer free wifi. The parking directly in front is a bit limited, but there is plenty of other parking around the corner at Petsmart. read more

This location is near my church so on days where I have downtime in between church-related events and Sunday school, I spend my afternoons here instead of commuting back and forth between Fort Worth and Arlington. This location has an open space layout. Offers the standard, drinks, free wifi. Has outdoor patio seating and a drive-through. Single-room bathroom. It meets expectations of a Starbuck's coffee shop. Just a couple things like they have music on too loud like a club, or the barista takes forever to make one drink that tick me off a little. We came here on a regular night and wanted to have some dessert. We ordered the egg waffle with ice…read morecream, and two different Boba drinks Boba drinks aside, we were waiting for our dessert. He quoted us 15 minutes but after half an hour, somebody came out and said that something happened and that they are working on the egg waffle for us. They did not say well what's going on. No problem, we were just scrolling on our phones and just chilling but after 45 minutes, we thought that this was very unusual and went up to the counter to see what was going on. Basically, their freezer exploded, and all the ice cream was melting. So, I don't understand why they would not tell us the truth and say that they could not give us the ice cream and refund us or at least tell us the truth. I don't know what their endgame was or if they were just very young and so nervous that they could not tell us when we are pretty chill. But, there's no solution for something like this for a catastrophic machine issue. There's no way to fix this Icecream problem since all the ice cream melted, but they decided not to tell us anything at all in hopes that what? We would forget call? That the machine will spontaneously work again and refreeze the ice cream within a specific amount of time so they could scoop the ice cream again and give us a waffle? I was just baffled because it's been almost an hour for us to get a simple waffle with a scoop of ice cream. In the end, the workers had to get the manager because they were unable to figure out some kind of solution amongst themselves for a simple problem. I figure this is because they were all young or management likes to micromanage everything, and they were afraid to make an executive decision themselves. They offered us the melted ice cream so we could dip our waffle in though lol. At the end, the solution was that we got a plain egg waffle without any of the fruits in it and no ice cream, a strawberry banana smoothie which was actually really freaking good, and a calamari stick that we asked for. Despite the almost hour long wait, the ambience in this place was nice, the kids were nice, even though they were quite nervous, the drinks were good and to be honest, we weren't really caring too much. I hope that next time when there is a catastrophic issue with the machines and things cannot be fixed within a reasonable time that you would tell the customer that they cannot fulfill the order and to offer a refund or some solution within 10 to 15 minutes instead of 45. Still a 4/5 bc that strawberry banana smoothie was bomb, and the machine breaking wasn't anyone's fault.

And they have wonderful snacks. They're fried shrimp and other snacks on their bar. Menu are really great way too. Stop by and get a quick snack and maybe read a little. The people are always helpful when trying to make hard decisions they even have games and things for you to play when you're sitting there. Always a good time.
