It was a overall good experience, except for the fact this one lady, who I assume was a manager of some sort, began barbarding this nice girl working, causing her to need to take a break. It was quite rude, from what the I was told the managers name was Sheyla. I don't appreciate her yelling at this poor girl and hope she gets consequences. read more

I was thirsty and needed a quick pick-me-up after a road trip from rural Delaware to civilization aka Annapolis, Maryland. So here I am. Quite convenient actually. I actually needed to go hit up the CVS pharmacy, which was literally across the street from this Starbucks location. After my experience with the CVS pharmacy that morning in January 2023, I headed across the street to this Starbucks. It was an interesting experience, because due to the fact that this Starbucks was basically three times bigger than the normal ones that I used to frequenting. It was pretty big and you could actually use this place as library or anything that is Starbucks related, like studying and stuff like that. Or just to hang out on a lazy Sunday morning. It was pretty cool, but I have things to do in an air plane to catch later that day, so I did not have time to be lazy and the Starbucks. Too bad though wish I did. My experience here took roughly about 10 minutes from start to finish, ordering and picking up. It was nice because that morning there was basically nobody in line and I got to order right away. Yes, I did not have a mobile order app so I had to do it the caveman way by standing line. I dig the Starbucks ambience while it is not too dark, but not right either with the lighting. It's mood lighting that says you're in a Starbucks or something. For the most part, though I am glad this Starbucks was in the right place at the right time so I could have my daily Starbucks fix without having to drive all over the city looking for a location. This Starbucks location I use their Wi-Fi for a brief time to download any updates on my phone and to surf the Internet while waiting for my order to be processed. I do love Starbucks Wi-Fi because it's generally fast. The overall experience here at this Starbucks location was generally casual and awesome and fast. As mentioned earlier, this Starbucks location was large enough to be a mini bookstore but the cafe side only. Plenty of places to sit down and just enjoy the ambiance of Starbucks, which many like myself have come to enjoy over the years. The service here was friendly and good while being casual and expedient at the same time. While the prices for everything generally is higher than most other places, I feel like you get a quality product with Starbucks from professionally trained baristas. The store itself was very clean and definitely spaced out for social distancing when it was a big thing. Not so much anymore, but at least this location has the space to do so. For the most part though, my daily fix included this stop in Annapolis, Maryland and thankful that it was very convenient from the CVS drug store across the street. I basically ordered a trenta black iced tea, which is usually my go to drink of choice these days with sugar. Sometimes, I will tell them "no water", which meant the tea is more potent and bitter and not so much watered down. The pastries here are good. I ended up buying a brownie for breakfast here and it was decidedly good and fun, especially when brownies can be a breakfast food item. And so, if you are in the area and love Starbucks and need your daily fix, consider this Starbucks in the heart of Annapolis, Maryland. This Starbucks location is centrally located at 122 Main Street in Annapolis, Maryland. They accept major credit cards as well as cash in store. Many people use their mobile app to get drinks and not have to wait in line, which is so convenient at times. I like to interact with the baristas and of course I'm also lazy in creating an account for my mobile orders anyhow. As far as parking goes, your best bet would be to just get street parking wherever you can find it or possibly find a parking lot, if you know the area. If you love public transportation, consider hopping on the local bus system here and get to Starbucks for your daily fix. For the most part though, having Starbucks here in Annapolis, Maryland was great and very timely. While I could have gotten refreshments at my hotel prior to leaving the area, it's not the same as having a Starbucks. The service was lovely and friendly, as mentioned above. Do yourself a favor if you are in the area and need your caffeine or tea fix. Starbucks is the favorite among many where you can find them. The couches and chairs inside the store looked comfortable and the people working on their mobile devices and or laptops seem to be happy even though they are busy doing their thing. I know I would be happy too if I came here and hung out for a while. The ambiance here is so alluring that I know I would stay until dark if I had the time to do so. Needless to say, Starbucks is love. Consider your daily fix here if you're in the area. 4.5 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the location. 4.5 stars for the service and food/drinks. 3.0 stars for the prices. It's your basic inner workings of a Starbucks but with a really cool interior vibe that fits really well with the sailor aspect of Annapolis. Only complaint was that they had flies inside the store. I hate swatting flies while I'm trying to eat.

My daughter placed a mobile order to this location for 4 venti beverages. Upon entering no one greeted us. They all looked at the door and continued with what they were doing. A few were having a conversation amongst each other, one female was just standing behind the counter and the other associate was on his phone. The female looked in my face and turned her head like she didn't want to be bothered. Usually when it's only 2 of us and we order 4 drinks we're offered a cup carrier at other locations. Not this one... I had to ask and the guy wasn't friendly about it. I guess I was interrupting his internet time. He didn't thank us for our business or welcome us back which is fine by me. I'll take my money to another location. I'm giving one star only because the drinks were good and it won't allow me not to. read more

This is probably one of the most beautiful Starbucks I've been to. From the outside all the way throughout the store they've done an amazing job with keeping the Annapolis nautical theme. I feel like if you're already downtown, you have to at least come in and appreciate the attention to detail. It has to be one of the nicest locations around, definitely a huge upgrade from the existing one down the road and around the corner. As expected this place can get immensely crowded during peak hours and especially during the weekends. Lines can wrap around and don't even get me started on the pick up area, that can get messy. Seating can be a little tricky with the amount of people going in and out, but I feel like once you're there you can't help but want to sit and stay for a while. AWFUL! made my drink horrible and said they close at 330. I got there at 3.17 and they kicked us out. ridiculous.

This is probably the nicest Starbucks in the area. It's large, new, beautiful with lots of seating and friendly staff. One thing I'm not a fan of is that you have to walk all the way to the back to order and there's really no signs indicating it. If you aren't familiar with the layout, you'd probably just walk in and stay in a "line" or with the crowd thinking you will be able to place the order soon only to realize that's the order-pick-up area... maybe the "order here" sign we see at some locations will come in handy here... read more

The interior of this Starbucks is beautiful. I love how it's so close to the waters in downtown Annapolis and that the interior wall art gives off ocean vibes. I came here on a Saturday as a study spot. I do have to say that since it was a Saturday, it was very crowded and busy. I wasn't able to grab a spot with an outlet (I spotted outlets on the long table and by the coffee bar) and I did find all the tables to be sort of cramped with little space in between the tables. Also for some reason, the wifi was so slow I wasn't able to watch videos without them buffering. However, it's a cute place to grab coffee and sit and relax rather than study. My coffee came out very quickly, which is impressive compared to how many people were in line. I plan on coming back here to enjoy coffee again! read more

i'm normally not a big Starbucks fan, but I was in need of some caffeine and a nice place to study. This is by far the cleanest Starbucks i've ever been in. Quite large too. plenty of tables. Jose is the happiest barista I have ever met and was so kind when taking my order and made small talk with me while making my drink. I even caught him dancing around the floor while sweeping up some straw wrappers. Bar was clean and everything was well stocked. Will definitely be hanging out in here more. read more

Very bizarre experience. I ordered my drink and did not specify my size. My bad. I get my coffee and it looked small for $5. I asked the lady, is it $5 for a small? She barked back that it isn't a small. I was taken a back and waited for an answer. She said, it's a grande. It was so weird. Even her coworkers seemed embarrassed by her response. Sure she was right, the size was a grande. She gave no eye contact like she had a disdain that I were to dare ask anything about my order. I felt like I was in the Seinfeld episode with the soup nazi. The man who took my order was nice. I've been here a couple times, it's consistently fine. As a café connoisseur, I regret to inform you that my experience at this fine establishment has failed the standards completing basic instructions when it came to my particular order. Two of my beverages that I requested to have Vanilla cold foam had a minuscule amount on the apex of my beverage. Furthermore my third beverage has the words "Light Ice" printed on the outside of the beverage, Howbeit there was still three thirds of my cup full of ice for a "venti". This Starbucks is very nice on the inside very updated and roomy. Service here is A+ compared to a lot of Starbucks that I go to to get my wife drinks from because I am a man and I don't drink that unless I have plain coffee. But regardless drinks come out very fast and they always have a smile and comes out perfect. This one definitely has that Annapolis feel inside. This is so much nicer than the old downtown Starbucks! My preference used to be City Dock Coffee because it felt more "Annapolis" but now this place is my new favorite. I've gone to City Dock coffee for over 10 years and lately it's looking a bit run down and the air conditioning doesn't ever seem to be turned on. This Starbucks is cool, clean, and spacious with a super high ceiling. They play just the right background music. I'll be sorry to see City Dock go... hope they can make it with this new superstar on the block. read more

I really have to give them a perfect 5 stars because their accommodation and well trained staffs are amazing!!! There is this one particular barista that pay attention to your order, but overall they are all great. There is more than just a perfect cup of coffee, they made my day feels better. I waited 40 minutes for one coffee while everyone else behind me was served before. I missed the beginning of the St.Patricks day parade. I asked to check if they made my coffee or if they just forgot about it and they said they would check. I waited for 20 minutes and still no coffee until I asked a second time which took them another 10 minutes. Really frustrating and the coffee didn't even taste good. This is the worst and I MEAN WORST experience I've had with Starbucks, I give them company so many times and this is how they treat me! I ordered a drink and it took them over 10 minutes to make and so I waited and waited and finally I got my drink and went to add sides and realized IT WAS THE WRONG DRINK! So I went to the barista a tall man with glasses (I think his name was Alex, don't quite remember)so I told him "Excuse you gave me the wrong drink" and he responded "Sorry youre going to have to wait I'm not going to right now" and I said ok so 5 minutes goes by and still nothing. Other people had their orders messed up as well when I was waiting and the same barista and he fixed the order right away, which confused me because he didn't do that to me. So afterwards I asked for a refund and they declined it because I had already put sugar before I realized it was the wrong drink! So I left upset!! DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS AT ALL.
