Great coffee and wonderful service! People actually happy to be working and friendly, courteous to assist.

The staff here is great. The lady who is usually working Drive-Thru is always so sweet & remembers that my mom likes a straw with her Iced Chai. They care about the quality of their drinks & have remade drinks for me without my request before if they make it wrong or whatever the case may be -- vs. other stores who will just give you the messed up drink. The customer service is nice. They are friendly people. I don't love how early it closes, this is the closest Starbucks to me but I'm loyal because these people care about their job and their customers. And their store. The store is always in amazing shape. read more

Today was my first visit to this Starbucks. As a Starbucks aficionado I love visiting any new Starbucks. This is a fun place, with lots of seating. The staff is great. I wanted to purchase a couple of items, using some Starbucks Rewards I'd gathered. I happened to catch one of the baristas as he was leaving. He stopped and helped me. I think that was wonderful. There's outdoor seating which looked nice. It faces north, so you shouldn't bake in the New Mexico summer afternoon sun. There's only one criticism I'll give me. Something my wife pointed out. This Starbucks was built with the current treat is architecture used for many new establishments; high, open areas going straight up to the building's ceiling. The floor which was attractive color, but basically a cement. I don't know the name of this architectural trend. I guess you could call it industrial. Anyway, sometimes that has the effect of making the acoustics bad. It bothered my wife. Likely, she won't visit here often, but I will. I will return here and will enjoy the visit. Decided to try this location out tonight, I usually go to the Golf Course location. I went through the drive through and ordered four drinks. My personal order being a grande white mocha, with almond milk and no whipped cream; nothing too crazy. I get home and take the first sip and I'm like hmm doesn't taste right... drank some water and tried again still not right. I check the label to make sure it's my drink and it is so I'm like ok third sip.... this tastes like it has little to no coffee in it so I open the top to smell it and it is literally white... like a full cup of almond milk. (See attached pictures) How does that even happen?! The order wasn't complicated at all. Highly disappointed and super upset that money is literally going down the drain. Will definitely not be returning to this location ever again. read more

I can admit that I'm a Starbucks lover, hehe. This location opened up earlier this week and it's already my favorite (partly because it's closest to my house). The first time I came in, the manager Zach and the other baristas were very welcoming and friendly. The layout is fresh and open, and there's even comfy outdoor seating. I placed my order at the counter where it was made quickly and correctly. I added this store to Yelp and Google Maps as fast as I could so that others may enjoy this new shop. The 2nd time I came here, I noticed the mobile ordering was activated on the app so I tested that feature. I was only a few minutes away, and my order was ready for me when I arrived. I went ahead and sat down to take advantage of their free Wi-Fi and kewl atmosphere - where I'm currently sitting typing up this review =) I look forward to many more visits to this Starbucks and many future Frappuccinos! =) read more

Wanna do a mobile order? Just a heads up - the employees here can't read. They probably can; they just don't and it's consistent. Random statement, right? Well, apparently that's the case since whenever I've done my Mobile order, it's wrong. Always freaking wrong. Today was the final straw and I'm officially done with this store. I've been coming here RELIGIOUSLY since it's opened and it's steadily gone down hill. Theres been a grip of times I've come in and I've had to ask the baristas fix my drink since it didn't match what I ordered. Come on! *I* checked the correct boxes and reviewed my order several times before submitting it online, so how is it that it's reflected on the sticker that's ON the drink yet *THEY* don't follow the simple instructions? Today's order was supposed to be a Venti iced white mocha with extra caramel - same as always. What'd I get? A watered down venti latte with whipped cream on top. WHAT? For an almost $7 beverage, you betcha I'm gonna say something. To the district manager - is this a thing? This is happening A LOT with a lot of the Starbucks on the West side. It's like they're getting half assed training then expected to bump their way through their shifts while giving bare bones customer service. They barely acknowledge folks when they come in, and if you're trying to get someone's attention to fix something, everyone averts their eyes so they don't have to fix the mistake. Times have definitely changed, that's for sure. Point is - I'm no longer going to waste my money, especially my Starbucks rewards, any longer since I can't seem to get what I actually order. read more

Drinks are watered down and not a good place to work. I prefer the tiny golf course location.

I was excited for a location to open close to home. For the early morning or late afternoon runs. It's a nice new location. The drinks are consistent. There was a few hiccups but it's a new location so they have to train new employees. read more

They absolutely 100% water down their Chai syrup. That's the one I know for sure. You have to tell them not to water down your $5 latte!

This is usual Starbucks I go to, most of the time I have a good experience here but it seems to have gone down hill. I went through the drive-thru line and ordered two drinks, a Very Berry Refresher and a Iced Vanilla Chai Latte. When I got to the window I didn't get the welcoming greeting I'm used to instead the cashier didn't even acknowledge when I pulled up, she just stood there talking with her co-worker she then gave me my drinks and said have a nice day in a monotoned voice. I drove off without checking my drinks at the window and didn't realize till I was out of the parking lot that my Vanilla Chai Latte was made into just a Vanilla Latte. I went back through the drive-thru and said it was made wrong and they said they would fix it right away without any questions! Which was a nice turn around from 5 minutes ago, but when I got to the window again the same cashier didn't acknowledge me and just gave me my drink. I was expecting the cashier to apologize for the drink being made wrong or for the inconvenience which made it even more disappointing when she didn't say anything to me. I understand when places get busy and workers might not always have time to greet every customer but when something is made wrong usually a customer wants to feel that their concern is acknowledged at least and that they feel sorry for their order being messed up. The Very Berry Refresher I ordered tasted really good but the drink they had to remake had way to much milk in it which made the drink taste almost like nothing. The overall experience wasn't very good, and I hope they can get back up to the Starbucks standards I'm used to. read more

I visit this location regularly because its near my home. They are quick, regardless of the line and always friendly. Out of the hundreds of visits, I have had one error on my order and it was quickly fixed. Seems to me the reviewer who struggles with many Starbucks, maybe, just maybe, is filling out her mobile order incorrectly. I've never had an issue. P.s. Verbal abuse is not needed. read more

Barista with a bad attitude has no clue how to make a dry cappuccino. Gave me a hot cup of milk ... twice
