While it wasn't quite at the elite level of the high-end steaks you get at The Peddler, Angus Barn, or Winstons Grill, it was an incredible value at around $35 compared to their $50+ price points. It is also a massive step up from a chain like Outback, where the filet can end up tasting more like a standard sirloin. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite -- leaving absolutely nothing to bring home! What made the situation really disturbing was that the overcharged mac and cheese was ruined because it was placed and mixed with the oxtail meat and oxtail juices. This situation led to a decline in the food's quality, which did not meet my expectations. The presentation of the small snack container was very unappealing because the three food choices were squished together in a tiny container. My total charge for the small, tight, thin oxtails and two sides snack was not at all worth the $20.00 I was charged. The quality of the oxtails was a real disappointment that needs major improvement. I was expecting much better quality, and I would not recommend this food location based on my recent visit.
