As I approached the counter there were 2 staff, both chatting with the same customer. Finally after some time, one of them looked up and asked what I needed. He checked the rack where the in-store pickup items are usually placed. Nothing for me. He radioed to his associate in the back who didn't know anything about my order, either. Finally I suggested he could just take the confirmation printout I'd given him, we could walk the store and he could gather my items and give them to me since I'd already paid, which is what he did. Following that it was relatively straightforward. He scanned my confirmation paperwork and the items I'd purchased via Office Depot's website and I was on my way...But I guess the concept of ordering online to quickly pick up your pre-packaged order at this store wasn't working so well on this day.

From helping me carry things to my car, honoring published prices with no drama, always telling me where to find things, and making sure I get whatever print job done quickly and correctly. El lugar sucio, desordenado, oscuro, carisimooo! Querían cobrarnos 75 centavos por cada hoja por usar la guillotina después de imprimir el formato. Nadie respeta el turno de nadie! en fin, horrible! Decidí venir a OFFICEMAX y qué diferencia! Tienen todo un centro de impresión, aparte de la sección de compra de la tienda. Tiene diferentes tamaños de impresión, papeles, texturas, etc. Tienen self-service pero también te asesoran y específicamente el Sr. Ricardo lo recomiendo 100% un señor agradable, de buena actitud, asesora con base, amable, atento y servicial. It's just the most convenient location for me. That's why I re-visit. But every time, no doubt, the service is the same. And trust me, I am polite, patient, understanding and thankful with whoever is helping me but still it is hard to get a genuine "you're welcome" with them. And I just remember, their bathroom is one of the filthiest I have seen at any store.

Every time I drop off a package, they find a reason to charge me -- even when I'm simply returning an item in the same original box it came in. Their usual excuse is that it's "not the correct box," even though the package hasn't even been opened. This has happened three times now, which makes it feel like a pattern rather than a mistake. Other UPS locations accept the same returns without any issue or extra charge. This store seems more focused on adding unnecessary fees than helping customers. I won't be returning to this location again.

I called about the issue and of course the warranty ran out but for an item that was around 4k this shouldn't happen. Their solution was for me to buy a new one, REALLLY???, this is bad quality and worse customer service, knowing this they should at least be prepared to be able to re upholster at a reduced cost. They won't even suggest where we can upholster this. Keep in mind that if you buy one it's not for long term use.
