For starters, I would give a negative rating to this establishment. This past Saturday, I went to…read morebuy a mattress and a Manager by the name of Milton, (somewhat knowledgeable) so I thought- sold me a clearance mattress, meaning it had no warranty, no return or refund, no price match, and no free shipping. This mattress on clearance at the warehouse was $428, and $50 for shipping. I told him I would pick it up in medley myself because I was not in a hurry. I drive a few minutes away and as I'm waiting in line, I want to Google the purchase I just made so I go to Mattress Firm.com and I couldn't believe what I saw. The same mattress I just purchased -- brand new, 10 year warranty, 4 month return /refund, price match and free shipping! Only $40 more expensive. So I called Milton the manager, and I told him of my finding and he says oh I thought you were in a hurry I didn't have it here so on and so forth. I had told him multiple times that I was not in a hurry! I was there with my daughter who confirmed to him that I had said that multiple times. He continues to tell me he will send me a link to pay for the extra $40. I told them that is fine but that wasn't cool, him trying to rip me off because he knew the pricing. I come home and get on the link/ website that he had given to me and to my surprise there was my mattress for $440 but now they were applying a 20% discount so the mattress would cost $352. I called Milton again, To let him know that I needed the warranty papers for the new mattress before I could pay the difference. I didn't want to tell him about the extra 20% discount because I wanted it to be a surprise. When I get there he does not want to honor the 20% discount that mattress firm was giving me. When I asked why not he simply responded he could not very unprofessional and unethical. I continue to emphasize to him that it was very unprofessional to scam people out of so much money. Today, it is Monday one business day later and the new mattress is in the room.

It is a dual location, with regular pricing and selections on the first floor and clearance & outlet selections on the second floor. On the first floor you can find some floor model items with deep discounts, as well, but most of the savings priced items are upstairs. The furniture upstairs is a very mixed lot. Some of the items are really in pretty bad shape. Very stained, torn, and/or worn. I was honestly surprised they would even try selling some of the pieces. However, there were also a few items in good shape mixed in for a nice discount. We did end up finding a nice oversized chair, just what we were looking for, for an EXCEPTIONAL price. We saw a salesperson walking by and called him over and he was really so excellent. He said he was the manager and I wish I'd gotten his name to mention, cause he was so wonderful. Very down to earth and kind, and really worked with us to get us a great deal and help our family save some money. A really good, stand up guy. Also a special mention to the man who was working upstairs. He overheard my husband and I questioning some things and he chimed in and offered great information to help us in our decision making. Really helpful guy and I appreciates him. They do not do delivery for floor models but they have people they work with to get it delivered and the manager who helped us quickly got us arranged with a delivery person who was also such a great guy. Really hardworking and pleasant to deal with. We got our new chair delivered the same day, within a few hours after leaving the store. I would highly recommend this store based on my experience with the manager and the delivery person. I haven't received such wonderful service in quite a while here in Miami. If you enjoy bargain hunting you should definitely stop in here.

Although, today (Wednesday) in the morning I get a notification that the delivery is being made today. This forced me to cancel plans / work, move mattresses in my house, and ruin my entire morning. Once the delivery truck came, they said "we don't have a mattress, we were sent over here only for set-up and haul away." This is a ridiculous mistake, and to think that I paid over $100 on top of the mattress itself for the service of delivery and haul away and the date cannot be inputted correctly. This ruined my entire morning. Order will be canceled by me as soon as possible.

The store manager, Carlos was very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding not only the materials but also the technology available, which was a "want" for me. We had tried generic couches and found that they didn't fit our space well so we decided to check it out and found the perfect fit. Carlos configure it using little squares on a table with dimensions and we basically created our couch from that and he showed us the different materials styles and features available. When we sat down and tested the stealth tech, I was in awe decided that I had to have it. we were trying to create a movie theater type room in our house and just fit the criteria. we got 30% off because they were having a sale which I believe is still going on and 36 month financing but it's an installment loan. so don't confuse it with typical 36 months zero interest promotion it's actually an installment loan. When it arrived, we had some issues, but Carlos took care of it immediately and sent all new items to replace the part with issues. The packaging, labeling, and delivery was incredible. Everything arrived in individual boxes via FedEx and all were labeled properly with easy to follow instructions. My wife had her friends over to help put it together and we now enjoy a theatre type environment in our home!
