This is what the zero gravity electric massager looks like after 7-8 years of hardly being used , we bought this due to a back injury and used it for 1-2 years and never again, after the 3 rd year the peeling started and it never stopped , since it's a room that's never used it has stayed there. I called about the issue and of course the warranty ran out but for an item that was around 4k this shouldn't happen. Their solution was for me to buy a new one, REALLLY???, this is bad quality and worse customer service, knowing this they should at least be prepared to be able to re upholster at a reduced cost. "Great store for your everyday relaxing needs" I Always pass this location while driving through Miracle Mile. Finally decided to step in and was amazed at all of the products they carry. Very familiar to your typical "Brookstone" but with a more homey feel. Customer service was impeccable. I even asked if they had the Tempurpedic sleep eye mask and they carried it!!! I had gone previously to Brookstone and they had stop selling it. I was impressed. I was also "wowed" by these wonderful "Perfect Chairs" recliners from NASA. Soooo comfortable, you have to stop in and try them. All in all, great experience and thumbs up for the sales associate that attended me, very thorough and pleasant. Another rip off from Relax the Back in Coral Gables. DO NOT SHOP here if you have a petite stature or you hate bad customer service. The salesperson told me Saturday that a Zero Gravity perfect chair was *perfect* for a petite stature and even offered to throw in a free laptop desk. Unfortunately, the laptop desk is one inch too far away. Thursday, August 30th customer service person on the website told me to call into the store and talk to an engineer who would be able to teach me to adjust the laptop desk. I called back into the Coral Cables office and Carlos said such an engineer does not exist. He also admitted that the zero gravity chair is not suitable for petite statures. He agreed it was awful for a salesperson to trick me into buying a chair that is not suitable ergonomically and that he would talk to the manager about not charging me $100 to get the chair picked up. Today Carlos said he does not remember having that conversation and that I will be charged 100$ for picking up that chair. When I reminded him of a completely differnt conversation we had yesterday he became very condescending and kept interrupting me to tell me to calm down, eventually yelling at me RTB is a waste of $$$ bc 1. They don't have chairs for anyone under 5 foot two and I've heard from others it's an awful place for larger, taller individuals 2. There must've been a serious clerical error accounts bc I couldn't login with the information that was listed on the printed bill 3. Got fed up with waiting for a new chair after 4 weeks so I returned it 4. Unfortunately I forgot to return the foot rest and I got charged an extra hundred dollars once the synchrony bank consultant called me and located my lost account Went ahead and paid the fee just because I didn't want it to hurt my credit. I'll be willing to take off this negative review if I can return the foot rest and get all of my money back read more

I called just before they opened. I got a call right back from Juan. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am having really bad neck pains. He recommended a great pillow and a cold wrap for around my shoulders. I went straight home and put in the freezer. I just finished yawing it for the first time. Wow what a difference already. This store has a large variety of items to help the back, hence the name. Unfortunately, I feel that most are significantly overpriced. It's not that the items are bad quality, I just can't figure out who would buy giant massage chairs for their house. I am a huge fan of Tempurpedic Mattresses, but I don't see any "deals" for them at this store. Amazing products and even better customer service. I went in with a herniated disc in my back and barely able to stand, so I sat... tried out pretty much every chair in the store and discovered that they have different chairs for different sizes (I am small, very small). Wow. I discovered the joys of a massage chair that fit, a zero gravity chair, an automatic standing and sitting desk, and then... ergonomic office chairs. TRULY ergonomic office chars. I've had carpal tunnel issues for a while so went through a whole ergonomic desk set up years ago but it wasn't until the back injury that I discovered... RELAX THE BACK! I LOVE THIS STORE. Even more amazing, store manager, Charles Anderson, walked me through different chairs and different set ups and then when I decided on the chair that I wanted, he helped me order it and... LET ME BORROW a display model until mine came in. And then, when it did came in, he came over and helped me install it. BEYOND WHITE GLOVE. Amazing store and fabulous products. I haven't had a better consumer experience EVER. And, re: price - I spec'ed out similar types of products all over the internet and they weren't as nice, couldn't try them out in person, AND did not have the same customer service but anything close in quality was the same price or more. Juan Gallo at Relax the Back on Miracle Mile was so helpful and patient with us! Highly recommend working with him. He is so nice! From the moment we set foot into the store he spoke with us about the mattress options and took his time explaining the different options in detail. My husband and I can be quite indecisive and we never felt pressured or rushed at all to come to a decision. He allowed us to test and try the mattresses for as long as we needed. He also helped us try out the massage chairs which were so much fun! We went back a second time to test out the mattresses again and he spoke with us honestly about his recommendations and we settled on a mattress we feel so excited about! The process has been sooooo easy. We bought the bed on Monday and it's already installed today (two days later). Massage on your lunch break! Lots of chairs, friendly staff, quiet place

Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I dropped off my chair 2 months ago to get it repaired. Not once did I get a call from them informing me of the status of my chair. I called 5 times voicing my frustration and still never a call back. Even the manager didn't call back after one of the employees promised me that he would. Mind you the chair has been sitting in their showroom, where they walk by it every day, since I dropped it off. Major failure on your part.
