The store also seemed understaffed, and the employees appeared overworked and frustrated, which affected the overall customer experience. I also think a business centered around fragrances would benefit from having staff who are more knowledgeable about the scents they carry and can confidently make recommendations. Lastly, a more polished and professional appearance from the team would better reflect the quality of the service customers expect. Overall I dont think its worth the price if the employees arent knowlodgable and confident with what they are doing or even happy with the job they have.

Their vibe is hella cool, they love what they do, taught me stuff I didn't know, gave honest opinions on what would suite me or not. I bought one against their recommendation, and returned it after wearing it one night and realizing they were right and exchanged it for the one they recommended. I've worn it almost every day since. They also didn't have one I wanted at the time so they made a special order for me and had it delivered to me since I live out of state and sent me some gifts with it.
