Couldn't speak higher of this place. The workers and owner are so genuine and kind. So much to choose from and they are MORE THAN happy to answer anything questions you have. If i could give 6 stars i would. read more

Great place, nice staff. Needed help finding a bong for a reasonable price and got a unique one for a great price. The store it's self has a cool vibe as well! read more

It doesn't matter what time you pass by this place, there's always somebody playing video games in the back of the store I mean...as long as it doesn't interrupt service I see nothing wrong. Today I went in to get Grabba they only had this "zo lady leaf" I tried it, was pretty dry and kept unrolling but it was the only brand they had. Wouldn't recommend. The guy was alright, really straight to the point and he asked me for ID (I look like I'm 15) so it's okay but if you don't have ID don't go here. Also would recommend the place down the street rather than this place but they were closed today. I hope this helps you pick your fav smoke shop! Have a great day! read more

Went by to get a few things and the customer service was amazing. He literally answered every question I had, showed me options and gave me suggestions. I would definitely come back! read more

Fabio was amazing help! Informative and extremely polite! Loved everything about my experience here and will most certainly be back again!

TOTAL RIP OFF/WASTE OF MONEY/RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ NO HELP: Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off. Horrible experience. Never tried to help me, I had to call over 3 times to look for the manager. Once I finallyyyyy got a hold of him, very rude. They sold me a malfunctioning part. Total waste of money. I never wanted a refund, just wanted someone to help me apparently that's too much For them. They're just good at taking your money. I WOULD NEVER EVER COME here. NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I KNOW. I went there expecting they would help me, they just made everything worse. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY MORE IMPORTANTLY THE money I wasted on a part that doesn't work... and don't be fooled with they're excuse it worked in the store. What kind of person wants to waste time, energy, gas, and money. I rather go somewhere where my business is valued. read more

Such nice people. I think it's a new owner and they were so nice and accommodating to me. I called an Uber there and then another back, but I don't speak Spanish, so when I was trying to explain to my Uber driver where to pick me up, I ran back inside to see if either of them spoke Spanish to talk to my driver for me. I believe it was the owner that said he did and helped me tell my driver where I was. If I lived here I would 100% become a regular. Went above and beyond any expected service. read more

This place is the best ! They have great torches !! The best !!! !!! 100!!! I love the staff and the ambiance !! Great location !!

One of the most pleasant smoke shops I've ever been to. Transparency is a huge factor in that considering the owner has always said to me when purchasing several items that everything he has in store are only things he'd personally use. I've gone on separate occasions when it's the owner and when his employee is there and they are both equally as knowledgeable and hospitable. They always answer my questions and more they go out of their way to show me if I there's anything I don't understand to make sure I leave there with no doubt. They always have everything I need and when they don't they immediately stock up which is another one of my favorite things. Overall amazing place, great inventory, incredible workers and I forgot to mention extremely dog friendly! They even offer a discount if you bring in a dog. Would highly recommend this spot to locals, tourists and just about anyone who is in the area read more

Complete and total rip off! Tried this store for the first time and it's completely overpriced..... must rely on tourists to stay in business read more

The cleanest smoke shop in Miami Beach! Wide selection of RAW, sage and smoke candles. Robert provides one on one attention and good advice! Extra tlc to all New Englanders :p read more

What can I say... outstanding customer service, selection of high quality products, great prices, and easy parking. What more can you ask for? The dude working the day my wife and I went was very knowledgeable on everything. I'm usually not one for taking suggestions as I do my own research but he knew what he was talking about and gave some great advice and suggested products I'd normally skip. Went home and tested everything and completely satisfied. So much so I'm going to stop buying some products on amazon/online and come here instead. To support local business that actually deserves to be supported. Due to knowledgeable staff, excellent product options, product availability, pricing and convenience. read more

I needed a new vape pen, rolling paper and wanted to checkout some new gear when stumbled upon Holy Smokes. Welcome addition to the neighborhood. Fair prices, no attitude like some other tourist trap places.

Terrible place stay away, horrible unprofessional costumer service, liars, and dishonest people, im beginning to suspect all the above comments are fake made by friends of the owner, i dont understand how this people stay in business, theres not even a place to park. read more

Smart staff and full inventory. I'll make the drive but you'll get a five if you come south.

Jose was super helpful and friendly! He answered all of my questions and even guided me to pick something new, even though I came in for something specific. Definitely coming back (: read more

This is the go to store in the North Miami Beach area. The staff is knowledgeable on everything they sell and are always willing to help and inform. I purchase the CBD oil from here because I know the best products are sold here. I actually drive from Doral to this store because it's worth the drive to get the quality product and also to be helped by the friendly staff. I'd go here always. read more

Professionalism!!! Knowledge!!! Friendliness!!! The best way to describe this place. Everything about this shop is quality. The restroom is one of the cleanest I've seen in any establishment, the gentlemen behind the counter are beyond knowledgeable in all aspects of the practice. Good advise and expertise on all subjects. The product is nothing but high quality. One of the water pipes I recently purchased is absolutely beautiful, reliable, and at a very cost effective price. Overall this gets a 5/5 from me. Highly recommend a visit. read more
