Professional and Prompt service - make an appointment - and then show up on time - you will be seen on time or have to wait for the next opening -- they respect their customers. 4. They sell the products they use and give you instructions on how to maintain your look. 5. They have a frequent visitor card :-) after like 6 sessions you can start getting discounts on future services. 6. Instead the manicurist brought out a store bought type foot massage, soaker ; this was disappointing and awkward as she had me soak my feet under the table, then when she was ready to do the pedi she had me lift my foot (from under the table) to rest on her knee. Weird, but at $37 for a great mani/pedi, I won"t complain. Don't be intimidated as the majority of stylists speak Spanish as a first language;but this is just icing on the cake!
