Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large variety of mattresses at the store. However we were given a couple of prices over the phone and then in person the prices magically went up. Mattress shopping I have found is similar to car shopping, shop around and price around. I ended up finding a better deal online. read more

We were helped and treated good by the owners and left satisfied with a mattress and two pillows. And you can't beat the prices they offer.

March 2019 I was shopping for a mattress a week ago and visited this place. I suspect that this "mattress store" is actually a front for something else. The employee who I interacted with was an overweight older man adorned with gold jewelry and soaked in after-shave. He reluctantly and begrudgingly got up from watching his soap opera to address my friend and I. He seemed like the kind of guy who cuts you off in traffic, but then gets mad at you for honking your horn. After explaining to him what I was looking for - a medium/firm mattress at a $300 budget - he showed me two mattresses. Guys, the mattresses he showed me were the flimsiest, thinnest ones I've ever seen in my life. I asked him how much and he said $299 - coincidently a single dollar under my max budget. Looked online and the same mattresses were going for $40-50. That's when I realized that this man was a crook and this was not a "Liquidator" in any way other than title. As such, I can confirm the other reviews calling this place shady or deceitful. Plus, the entire place was grungy and dirty. If you decide to go despite this review, wear clothes you don't mind getting dirt on or that will end up smelling like "unclean warehouse." Just try not to touch anything. I ended up going to a different place that gave me a great deal and an awesome mattress. I'll make a review for it so you can check it out instead of wasting your time at Mattress Liquidators. read more

Interesting i was at this location and experienced the same situation. Ran into serta cf2000 discontinued model for sale at a high price. Instead of Miguel working this out he argued and challenged my findings of better prices elsewhere as i attempted to negotiate on this older model. I was disappointed and passed up your cf2000 old discontinued model $1200 for the current model at mattress firm for $1699.... This goes to show you i was willing to spend more money elsewhere because of disappointing customer service and employee knowledge of the industry. Miguel's lack of knowledge is proven by his continues calls to a mysterious person and furthermore not once did his own internet research. Good luck read more

We've bought a mattress 3 times from them already. Absolutely best prices for the best brands. Our first king size sealy Eurotop mattress we got 7 years ago. This year we got a new one and a queen size for our second bedroom. Highly highly recommended. read more

Dear Prospective Customer of Mattress Liquidators: I give Mattress Liquidators a 5-Star Rating. Here's why. 1. Price. These mattresses / beds are, literally, more than one half off what you will find at IKEA, El Dorado, and anywhere else I looked. Why pay more! No reason to buy a bed elsewhere when you save at least 50% here! 2. Honesty, integrity, concern for the customer! I purchased a queen sized bed today, for $363, including delivery 20 miles away, because my air bed mattress warranty was not being honored by BeautyRest. The bed would have cost me more than twice as much anywhere else. THEN, after making the purchase, but before delivery tomorrow, I saw an email from BeautyRest that they were finally honoring their warranty, and had shipped me a free replacement air bed mattress! I returned to Mattress Liquidators, and without a second's hesitation, one of the 2 brother owners said, "no problem, we will cancel the sale and return your money, since your Walmart warranty finally came through on your defective air bed." These brothers not only guarantee, and deliver, prices lower than anywhere else, cutting their prices to the bone, they are such nice people, they gave me my money back under the above strange circumstances, even though they had no legal requirement, whatsoever, to do so. These are people you want as friends, not just as your bed supplier! Sincerely, Jackson Rip Holmes Coral Gables 305-338-5000 holmesrip2@aol.com read more

Any business where I can save money, purchase an outstanding product and work with great customer service people I will gladly give 5 stars. We had a lot of questions about what sort of mattress to buy. So many names and so many choices make it rather confusing to put your money in the right spot. The owner was fabulous. He took the time to go through each mattress we had questions about and give us his thorough review. He was very friendly. A lot of people came in during our hour in the store and he took care of everyone with ease. We decided on the Mlily harmony + gel foam mattress as well as a mattress cover, two gel and two memory foam pillows. We also purchased a box spring. The total was $865 with tax- less than even the mattress itself would have cost retail!!! I really recommend this place. It's worth the drive!!! read more

False advertisement and disgusting customer services! I wouldn't even give them a star but that's not an option on yelp. Don't bother driving over to this location. Horrible place! They only have a few beds to test and the rest are stacked up. The guy was a complete jerk. Never returning! read more

These guys know mattresses. Beyond helpful and true to their word. My family will only buy our mattresses from Miguel and his A plus team.

Just bought a new Serta Twin Mattress - couldn't be happier with the price, service & selection. Skip the big chain retailers & their big markups. Go see Leo ;-) You won't regret it... read more

My husband and I were in diar need of a new mattress. After searching out Miami's advertised best we finally found a mattress company that delivers on its promises. We got a top line mattress and box spring at the best price, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and kind customer service. The store is an outlet store and is mostly a warehouse, which makes sense for keeping their overhead low and their prices to the customer most competitive in the area. We highly recommend them if you are looking to get the best service and value on your bedding. read more

I was little leary to go check this place out today. I have been sleeping on the same mattress forever and I have not been able to make myself pay $2000 for the type of mattress I really want. 6 months ago one of my girlfriends friends told me about this place. I have been having back pain forever and I am sure its because I have been sleeping on such an old mattress anyways she explain how this guy was up to 75% off blah blah blah. When you hear something like that especially in Miami first thought is no way or fake or something ?? Well two days ago I woke up with the worst back pain and told my chiropractor about my old bed and he recommended I buy a new one asap to make a long story short my first thought was to go check out this guy since supposedly he was so cheap. What compelled me to write this review is I am surprised this guy doesnt have a line half way down the block. Everything I heard is true! I just bought and had delivered within an hour a $2400 mattress (I googled it and thats the sale price at Macy's for the Beautyrest Black Mattress) for $999. He also had another version which was just as good beautyrest for $595 pillow top but being the sucker for buying the best that I am I opted for the $999 which if you do the math is 60% off of the retail cost!!! Anyways this place is great I paid with a Visa and he charged me $30 to deliver if you are in the market for a mattress you have to check this guy out! read more

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BUY A MATTRESS - 100%!! Like others who have reviewed on this site, I was a little skeptical about this business purely because of the prices they were offering on the same mattresses as other national retailers. In fact, I had originally ordered a mattress from a competitor, but before it was delivered I stumbled upon this website and how fortunate I did. I visited the warehouse yesterday and not surprising, it was exactly what I thought; a simple warehouse with no showroom and at the time I visited, just the owner amidst stacks of mattresses floor to ceiling high all throughout the facility. I understood immediately how they can legitimately offer such fantastic prices. No overhead! Regardless though, the place is completely legit and has fantastic prices for absolutely brand new, high end quality mattresses. I selected mine yesterday and it was delivered and set up in my house today. They even took away the old one out, all part of the same SUPER LOW PRICE!!! The owner, Leo, was also very helpful and knowledgeable and answered questions even up to 8 PM . Mattress Liquidators is without a doubt, THE ONE AND ONLY PLACE TO GET A GREAT DEAL ON A MATTRESS IN SOUTH FLORIDA!! read more

I just bought a fantastic Sterns and Foster from Mattress Liquidators. It is very similar to one I bought years ago at Bloomingdales but at a fraction of the price. I mainly worked with Miguel who was very helpful and patient over the phone. It was delivered as expected so I couldn't be happier. read more

I am very unsatisfied with the business practices portrayed by the Mattress Liquidator store on Oaklawn Boulevard Fort Lee Va. When you purchase a mattress from them you should be careful to read the reverse side of the contract before signing. Once the contract is signed, YOU CANNOTT CANCEL the transaction. I thought there was a consumer protection law for a 3 day period for the consumer to change their mind and cancel the transaction. The store owner said their contracts cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. You would be better going to a regular mattress store where the management works with the consumer for repeat business. Buyer Beware. read more

I didn't have that much money to spend so I googled to buy mattresses and I found Mattress liquidators. I just wanted to thank them for saving me lots of money. I love the mattress that i picked. Excellent service. Miguel was busy but took the time to describe the differences in the mattresses!! Best prices. Best customer service. I highly recommend! A must go see!! read more

Do Not Buy Your Mattress Here!!! Go to BJ's or Costco instead. I bought a full size mattress in August of last year for a guest bed. It is labelled a Sealy Posturepedic, but I have serious doubt that it is in fact a Sealy. The mattress has been slept on maybe eight or ten times in the past year, and when I went to change the sheets last week, I noticed a huge bulge protruding from the side of the mattress. I took a picture of the bulge, and went by the store. The owner LEO basically told me there was nothing he could do for me; the mattress is sold as is. I suspect that the mattress is remanufactured. Save yourself a headache and buy a mattress where there is some piece of mind knowing where it came from and that there is a warranty. LEO said the mattress was purchased from a wholesale outlet out of state, but refused to provide me with the company's contact information. I have filed a complaint with the State of Florida Department of Consumer Services and contacted a lawyer. Stay away from this seller! He will not stand behind his product! read more

We had been shopping for a new mattress for quite some time. We gone to chain retailers and chain mattress stores. The best deal that we could have found in one of the large retailers for a floor model which was being sold as is. A neighbor told us about Mattress Liquidators. We ended up with a brand-new Stearns and Foster firm pillow top mattress with a brand-new box spring for much less than any other mattress we had found. Customer service is excellent. No one is pushy. They're willing to put down whatever mattress they have in stock that you're interested in for you to try. Quick delivery times and superfast installation of the bed. We paid a few bucks to get the old mattress and box spring removed. Because this is a liquidator, the mattresses are sold as is. But, that was the same deal I would've gotten on the floor model at another place which was still more expensive. I would 100% come back and purchase a new mattress and or box spring if needed. read more
