I was very pleased with my experience at Mattress Kings. Jose was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with did not steer me to more expensive choices. He was very accessible and the process was professional from start to delivery. Highly recommend!! read more

Bought an 11 inches matress - received a 13 inches. Within 30 minutes was able to get back my old mattress and returned the 13 inches. They were supposed to give me a full refund within 7-10 days and never received the refund. Called for follow up, and he told me to wait 2 more days. Since then I called many may many times and no answer. I had no choice of opening a dispute via my credit card. Not very customer focussed. Very bad experience read more

I purchased a king size mattress for $5136 and after it was delivered, I determined it wasn't comfortable so I asked for my money back within the 30 day. Return policy has stated on the website. Nobody called me back so I went to the store. The sales person told me that it was for exchange only and I told him on the website it says 30 day return. Again I called and nobody returned my call. This went on for over two weeks. Do not buy anything without a return policy in writing otherwise you're screwed. read more

Misleading customers with a "try at home or exchange for another mattress" policy. When you actually attempt to exchange they tell you to pay the difference between the insane, made up "full price" and the price I actually paid. This difference is literally more then double of what the mattress was sold for. Meaning it would be cheaper to just throw it out and buy a new one. Total scam! Asked for the owner to call me to address this, needless to say - they do not read more

I dreaded going to buy a mattress, thinking we were going to high pressured. Much to my surprise, our first stop was at Mattress King Midtown Miami and we left 30 minutes later with a mattress within our price range. Joshua was professional, explained patiently the differences in quality and price and left us to decide in our time. One of the deciding factors in not going elsewhere to price check was the retail was reasonable and Josh explained that his store is family owned. They pride themselves on their reputation. Bought the mattress on Saturday and was delivered as promised on time Monday. The installers took the old mattress away and were courteous. read more

Horrible Mattress! Stay Away! Run! They will give you all stories. Trust me the worse choice we have made. We can't eve sleep in the mattress and no returns no exchange for $2,000. Not worth it, go to a legit dealer. Dear Manager, Thank you for taking your beautiful time writing back to me. As your records showed that we did exchange the mattress yes and does it say why? Because your sales man send us the wrong mattress home! We received the wrong ones and how we noticed? Because we were sinking in those mattress, we were sleeping for few days like tacos. Unbelievable that you try to write me back with an excused. And those mattress someone already confirm, are not legit and have damage in the inside. So people go to ROOMS TO GO! Or other real mattress store honestly guys. Not worth it and than the payments and to be made in 60 days lol omgoodness such a fake store everything is fake. read more

we came into Mattress King looking for a mattress for a guest room. We did not want to pay too much but wanted the mattress to be comfortable. Josh showed us various options and explained the differences between them. I didn't know there were so many different options and designs. With his knowledge of his product we were able to select a comfortable and good quality mattress and stay within our budget. Thanks again Josh! read more

Very deceptive in sales tactics. Pushed items that they knew would not work together. Talked highly about their flexible exchange and return policies...until you need them then all the fine print comes out. Do yourself a favor, work with a national chain with a good reputation. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever go bacK read more

I went to this location to purchase a new mattress for every room in my house and the owner turns out to be the rudest man I ever met in my life. He lost out on a 6 bed sale due to his lack of customer service. It doesn't cost anything to be nice. He was cursing and throwing up his middle finger to random people. I'm surprised this was the owner. read more

Today my husband and I decided to buy a new mattress. I told him, lets check all the options in all the places in Midtown before making a decision. Mattress King was the 1st place we went and we left with our new mattress. Juan Carlos was AMAZING, he really takes the time to know you and understand what you want, he ask the right questions and explains all the details around your options. He will find you the PERFECT Mattress. Juan Carlos is very knowledgeable and patient but most important, he is a very very nice person. I am glad we stop by Mattress King but only because Juan Carlos was there to help us. "Mr King., JC should be part of the President's Club if he is not already"... BEST Sales Person read more

Best service and price in town. The store manager, Alex, greeted us with a smile and gave us personalized experience. Don't hesitate to visit them and ask for Alex. read more

I love my new grown up mattress! Dave and Alex were very patient with me as I took naps on every mattress in the store. I went in thinking I would just by the least expensive...and was scared to look at any mattress outside of that range....then Dave reminded me that when we value our sleep...our mental and physical health improves. With my back hurting for years, it never occurred to me that I was making it worst by my mattress. Turns out I have been sleeping on a mattress too soft for my back. Now...I have a super awesome hybrid pillow top and memory foam. ...and ...with a three month interest free financing, I will own it for real in a couple of months lol. I had next day delivery....note, do not double book just in case the rainy season delays delivery. The gentleman who delivered were professional and respectful. Personal tip....make sure your pets are out of the way so delivery can be smooth. I had a momentary scare when I thought my cat ran away. Turned out he was hiding and ignoring my calls. So...A+for the Mattress King Midtown! read more

Wonderful experience! Jacqueline from midtown Mattress Kings was such a pleasure in helping me find the right mattress and accessories. I went with the Tempur-pedic Pro adapt and power base. It's life changing. Amazing quality and comfort. So glad I stopped by. Really disappointed with the delivery and communication process. Living in an apartment building you have to reserve elevators. I had an agreement with Jacqueline that the elevator could only be held for a certain amount of time. The day of delivery I was scheduled to have mattress delivered in a timed window. This delivery was changed without notification and I had to call and ask what happened. I was bumped back because of another customers time window and there was no courtesy call to notify me. I happy at all, as I have been sitting around for many hours. read more

COMPLETE RIP OFF - MATTRESS KINGS WILL SAY WHATEVER IT TAKES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. READ MY STORY TO PROTECT YOUR WALLET! On September 18, 2019 I went to Mattress King's midtown location. After expressing to Jackie Krame, the sales representative, that I did not want to purchase a boxed, or "rolled up" mattress (like a Casper), she insisted that the MLily Fusion Luxe K was not. So, with this knowledge, I purchased the mattress. The mattress was delivered the next day, September 19th. To my surprise, the mattress was delivered "rolled up" - exactly what I expressed I did not want. Immediately after delivery, and before opening the mattress, I contacted Priscilla at Mattress King's customer service line and let her know that I was mislead in my purchase and wanted to return the mattress before opening it. We then came to the agreement that Mattress Kings would make an exception and would refund me if I was not happy with the mattress. With this knowledge, I unwrapped and used the mattress. THIS AGREEMENT IS IN WRITING. THERE IS NO CONFUSION. Mattress Kings (email, 9/19/2019): "if you completely want to opt out of that option then of course after you've tried out the mattress and do not want it then, we can start the refunding process and pickup the merchandise as long as it has no stains, soils or removal of law tag." On September 29th I emailed Mattress Kings with my intention to return the mattress for a full refund. A received an email the next day, on September 30th, with instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund. Then, on October 2nd, I received the following email that revoked their written agreement to honor a refund: Mattress Kings (email, 10/2/2019): "I sincerely apologize sir I am afraid we have both been misinformed about the Customer support policy here at mattress kings I am new here and accidentally misled you and again I sincerely apologize. As I was putting in your refund request I was advised by a manager that what I told you was not correct." I have since called and written numerous emails. NOBODY HAS HAD THE DECENCY TO RESPOND TO ME! I WAS LIED TO TWICE AND AM NOW $1,391.00 IN THE HOLE. read more

After shopping at various stores to find the right mattress with the right price point we found our answer here. Mattress Kings offers competitive quality and pricing comparable to the big name mattress and furniture stores. The sales staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of their products and of the competitors in their arena. They were willing to negotiate the total cost for a mattress, adjustable base, and accessories to meet our bottom line. Alex, who was the area manager, assisted us in our second visit and honored agreements we discussed with one of his sales staff a few days prior. He was very professional and competent in his field. We walked out the door with a king size cooling memory foam mattress, a fully adjustable base, and two king size bamboo memory foam pillows all for 1/2 the cost of the competition! Of course, they honor the standard 120 return/ exchange policy if we are unsatisfied with the mattress. Also, all the material is organic and save for our environment which is a huge plus for us! Outstanding job Mattress Kings! read more
