We were taken to Kom by a local designer we hired and I have to tell you the experience has just been incredible. The manager Maria might just be the sweetest person on earth and she was amazingly helpful to us. We've been back and forth to the store at least 10 times picking out pieces and then switching out ones that didn't fit or just weren't right. Maria organized all of our deliveries and even let us bring back pieces we've had for weeks with no questions asked. Kom has amazing furnishings of virtually every kind you can imagine. Alot of the artwork is original and one off. I cant complain about the prices but its more of a high end store, and thats the look we were shooting for, but I didn't think anything was overpriced like the previous reviewer stated. If you want to shop online go ahead but if you want a two story building full of hundreds of pieces of furniture, artwork, furnishings and everything else you can imagine then this is the place for you. Everything they have is amazing and you will not get better customer service anywhere. Maria will organize everything for you. I recommend Kom 1000% and our condo looks like it belongs in a magazine. We are so pleased and cannot thank Maria enough.

I found a piece of furniture in this store for much cheaper on the internet and they were kind…read moreenough to match the price, so I figured I would keep my business local. When they delivered the piece, a lacquered dresser, I was on a pretty important call and was a little distracted. I looked at it and it looked fine and they had me confirm that everything was ok. I ended the call and took a rag to clean off all this white stuff that was on there from the transportation. As I began to go over the piece, I noticed that one of the edges near the bottom had a chip about 1 inch long on it. I immediately called the sales lady at the store and told her. In all, maybe 15 minutes had passed since I received the piece, give or take. Honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal to me, I didn't even really want anything, I just wanted to point it out to them and see what they'd say. She asked me to send her a photo, which I did immediately. I got a response from her saying she spoke to the owner and that their policy is clear that they can do nothing since I didn't catch the damage to the piece they sent me immediately. That I can understand, because technically I didn't do everything perfectly. But then she finished the email by insinuating that I did the damage. And that insult I do not forgive. I would never do business with these people. You can find everything they offer in this store for much cheaper on the internet. I'd strongly recommend you do so or find another place to buy your furniture, or you might end up like me, really doing nothing wrong, and not only being denied assistance to make things right, but being accused of something you'd clearly never do.

The salesman admittedly knew little about this particular product line. I asked to see upholstery swatches for cushions and he showed me swatches for rope (he didn't know the difference). He was not interested in helping me and when he stated he had to take a personal call it was over! I told my contractor, "I am not going there again!" What a waste of my time. I went to the product line's flagship store instead and dealt with knowledgeable and experienced salespeople and designers. I do not recommend Clima.

I recently went there to purchase just a bed (mattress, box and bedframe) George only showed me one style & was very dismissive to any further interactions. I'm not sure if the guy was racist or solely about business & nothing else, but he made me feel as if he didn't want to hear about my experience of any kind... he just wanted my money & me out of his store immediately after our business transaction. Oddly enough, when the alleged new bed arrived there was a rip in it as well as a countless amount of strings from the stitches of the mattress sticking out everywhere (I took pictures as well as a video). When I called back the same day as well as the following day and left detailed messages I received no courtesy callback whatsoever.

The layout is pretty neat, he has 4 warehouse bays each intended for the 4 different size categories (twin, full, queen, king). I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely go back to visit Mike if I ever need another mattress, and i've already referred two co-workers. Pros: 1. Extremely friendly personalized service 2. You literally get to lay down on YOUR mattress. 3. No pushy salesmen pressuring you into buying a bed. 4. Same day delivery Cons: 1. None really that I can think of, just have an open mind about going to a warehouse to purchase your new bed.

We had a great experience trying the mattresses and being able to try the online providers and…read morebought a Split King (headboard, foundation, mattresses, and adjustable bases). We were moving so when the first box was delivered without the promised tracking number we reached out to SleePare and were provided with tracking numbers for all the boxes (parts) including the already delivered box. We were quite happy at this point as everything was scheduled to deliver much earlier than mentioned in the show room. This is where things take a crazy turn though. We get the headboard 7/22, the mattresses (two twins since split king) and two adjustable bases (7/23) without issues. So we almost have a complete bed. We are tracking the final piece when we see it turn away from our house (FL) and return to the shipper (SC). We immediately reach out to customer service (7/24) as FedEx tracking had not been updated to tell us why. It is later told via FedEx that the box was damaged in shipping. So I follow-up with customer service (7/24) and then I follow-up again (7/30). I get an answer that we will be notified when the replacement is shipped (7/31 originally). Well that was 14 days ago and all the promised tracking information is never provided (promised again 8/8; 8/11; 8/13; & 8/14). I have called regularly and emailed. I even chatted with an AI bot on their website. The crazy thing is somehow in this process they shipped us a second headboard (8/12) but we are still missing the foundation to the bed. How do you sleep on a brand new bed without the foundation. We are still in process on this order as I am after the third promise still awaiting tracking of this foundation that may or may not have been sent at this point. Therefore, the best I can say is buyer beware you are about to invest a very large amount of money to chase your pieces and parts and hopefully end up with a complete bed. UPDATE: After posting this review we received a communication from the NY office who began the process of assisting us. We worked with Bruce who updated us with the status, tracking numbers and kept us in the loop as the company provided the missing portion of the bed that was returned to the distributor. We received the last part of our bed yesterday 8/24 and were given a very small refund considering the total price and they will be shipping some bedding for our complications. We appreciate Bruce stepping in to assist us and solve the problem. He did a great job. After 32 days post the original parts we will be sleeping on our new bed. Thank you, Bruce.

Also, in store mattresses have confusing branding, so a Stearns and Foster at one store has a different brand name somewhere else. Sleepare is a showroom for many online brands and you can go there by appointment only. When you make the appointment, you can indicate what mattress brands you are interested in, and what kind of sleeper you are (side, stomach, back). When we arrived, we had Nigora's undivided attention. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and made some great suggestions based on our sleep habits (we are a side / back couple!). She followed up with an email later that day so we can ask further questions or come back for another try. BONUS: They have a small parking lot next to the store!
