We had a great experience trying the mattresses and being able to try the online providers and bought a Split King (headboard, foundation, mattresses, and adjustable bases). We were moving so when the first box was delivered without the promised tracking number we reached out to SleePare and were provided with tracking numbers for all the boxes (parts) including the already delivered box. We were quite happy at this point as everything was scheduled to deliver much earlier than mentioned in the show room. This is where things take a crazy turn though. We get the headboard 7/22, the mattresses (two twins since split king) and two adjustable bases (7/23) without issues. So we almost have a complete bed. We are tracking the final piece when we see it turn away from our house (FL) and return to the shipper (SC). We immediately reach out to customer service (7/24) as FedEx tracking had not been updated to tell us why. It is later told via FedEx that the box was damaged in shipping. So I follow-up with customer service (7/24) and then I follow-up again (7/30). I get an answer that we will be notified when the replacement is shipped (7/31 originally). Well that was 14 days ago and all the promised tracking information is never provided (promised again 8/8; 8/11; 8/13; & 8/14). I have called regularly and emailed. I even chatted with an AI bot on their website. The crazy thing is somehow in this process they shipped us a second headboard (8/12) but we are still missing the foundation to the bed. How do you sleep on a brand new bed without the foundation. We are still in process on this order as I am after the third promise still awaiting tracking of this foundation that may or may not have been sent at this point. Therefore, the best I can say is buyer beware you are about to invest a very large amount of money to chase your pieces and parts and hopefully end up with a complete bed. UPDATE: After posting this review we received a communication from the NY office who began the process of assisting us. We worked with Bruce who updated us with the status, tracking numbers and kept us in the loop as the company provided the missing portion of the bed that was returned to the distributor. We received the last part of our bed yesterday 8/24 and were given a very small refund considering the total price and they will be shipping some bedding for our complications. We appreciate Bruce stepping in to assist us and solve the problem. He did a great job. After 32 days post the original parts we will be sleeping on our new bed. Thank you, Bruce. read more

CAVEAT: We have not yet purchased a new mattress; either through Sleepare or elsewhere. We are interested in a new mattress and absolutely want to try before we buy, which presents a problem as many mattress brands are online only. Also, in store mattresses have confusing branding, so a Stearns and Foster at one store has a different brand name somewhere else. Sleepare is a showroom for many online brands and you can go there by appointment only. When you make the appointment, you can indicate what mattress brands you are interested in, and what kind of sleeper you are (side, stomach, back). When we arrived, we had Nigora's undivided attention. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and made some great suggestions based on our sleep habits (we are a side / back couple!). She followed up with an email later that day so we can ask further questions or come back for another try. BONUS: They have a small parking lot next to the store! read more

My experience started July 11th, 2026 online with the manager Bruce who was couteous and spoke a good game - until they got my money. The delvery date July 22nd came and went. I waited. The mattress was fine -they took it out of the box and then left styrofoam all over the bedroom. So much for the "White glove service" I paid for! The bed frame on the other was busted up and the guy setting it up tried to convince to keep the frame parts they set up. HUH???!!!! Since those parts were covered with cloth - How would Iknow if the parts weren't cracked and ready to break. I declined. So I waited and slept on my mattress on the floor. No bed frame arrived. No Bruce. Every time I called and left "Bruce" a message asking about the bed frame, someone else would call me back and then tell me they were "sorry" and that only Bruce could help me. HUIH??? Why did they call me when I left the message for Bruce!!! This happened three times. Then on August 6th I got an email telling me the bed frame I ordered was OUT OF STOCK and suggested I take the one they had in a different color. HUH???!!!! I called to cancel the oder only for them to tell me only Bruce could help. HUH??? So Bruce called me back and agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. I still do not have my money back. My order was placed on JULY 11th - it is now August 29th, 2026 HUH??!!!! read more

Before visiting this store my husband and I did some research on the brands. We went to the store to see the mattresses and try them. They recommend making an appointment. We were kindly greeted by Nigora and she was very helpful. The mattresses are mailed to you in a cool box and are very easy to assemble. So we unintentional put the return policy to the test because the first mattress we ordered was not to our liking. I checked and noticed they offer a 100 day return policy. They were very responsive and mailed us another brand right away! We are now super happy with our new selection. They are currently working on scheduling a complimentary pick up for the one we are sending back. The prices for these mattresses are reasonable in comparison to name brands so we are happy to say we probably saved at least 30-40% in comparison to popular brands. read more

Not recommended. I ordered a mattress and they delivered the wrong size. Instead of owning the error, they blamed me and made me pay extra to correct it. Customer service was sloppy, and the exchange process was a headache from start to finish read more

After looking online for the top rated mattresses, I wanted to try the Helix Midnight. They are not available at mattress stores. Fortunately, SleePare has them available to try. Along with other top online mattresses. I went there 2 days before Thanksgiving. Fortunately, the salesman was helpful and then left me alone to try out everything in peace. Which helped me make up my mind. I went with a different Helix model-- Twilight Luxe. The price I got was better than the price on Black Friday online with a coupon. Waiting for the mattress now. So far, Im very happy. read more

Amazing experience shopping for mattresses and pillows! The associate was so knowledgeable and checked for spine alignment (I'm a side sleeper). Best part is to finally lay down on beds you just read about. Good thing I went I was dead set on mattress before actually laying on it and finding out it wasn't firm enough. But was steered towards a perfect match. read more

If you aren't buying your mattress here, you're making a mistake(worth the read): *Disclaimer- this review was not paid for, promoted, or endorsed in any way by SleePare. Review is 100% honest and based on my own experience* Summary: You get the value of an online mattress combined with the convenience of trying a mattress at a conventional matress store Prices are unbeatable Customer service is second to none Full Review: Mattress shopping is a notoriously frustrating and difficult process. A good mattress is big investment and one of the most important ones you'll make. How you sleep at night affects your entire day, and at SleePare they understand that. Up until now, there have been two ways to buy a matress: At a typical mattress store like mattress firm, where they inflate prices in order to meet the high operational costs required to be a matress middle man. (Storage, shipping to their facilities and then to you, rent, wages, etc.). Stores such as those ones typically inflate their prices by insane percentages, I've seen reporting of up to 900% inflation. Mattress stores have been able to get away with this for so long because before the internet came around they has a monopoly on the market. Or online, where you get to buy mattresses at a fair price, get unmatched mattress quality for your dollar, and typically great sleep trials. At the expense of not being able to try a mattress before you buy it. That's exactly where Sleepare comes in. They have a fantastic selection of online mattresses that you really can't find anywhere else. On top of that, they offer discounted prices on the already very fairly priced matresses they offer. You may be asking, what's the catch? It's quite simple actually, by being a showroom that works with these companies, when they sell you a mattress, its getting shipped directly from the brand you purchased. They don't need to worry about storing thousands of mattresses themselves, and therefore can offer you superior quality at an astounding price. Now the brilliant concept aside, Nigora the store manager assisted me yesterday. Over the past few weeks I've been to so many stores and never throughout this experience have I been treated so well. She's patient, a good active listener, knows her products very well, and cares about far more than just the monetary transaction involved. I got the feeling that she genuinely wanted to help me choose the right matress that will assist me in feeling great from the second I go to sleep at night to the moment I get back into bed the next day. This is the future of matress shopping, and the big name stores should be concerned, because they just lost their edge. If you're reading this, you should come by the their store, I can guarantee that you will not regret it. read more

This mattress store provides a valuable service in enabling customers to test out online mattress brands that are generally not available in mattress showrooms. We had done extensive research before buying a mattress online, only to discover it wasn't for us. We returned it to the manufacturer after finding a much better mattress for us at SleePare. Also, the price in the showroom is lower than the lowest price on the manufacturer's website. The showroom is also very pleasant with good, knowledgeable salespeople who are not pressuring you to buy anything. read more
