I purchased a queen mattress from Miami Mattress in 2022 and we love its firmness. This Memorial Day we returned to hopefully buy the same mattress in king size. Although the model was discontinued, Julio and Javier helped us to find another brand that was just as firm and was very comfortable. We were able to take our time and try different mattresses...no pressure. Javier was very friendly and very knowledgeable answering all our questions. With the Memorial Day sale, we were able to also buy a full size mattress at a very reasonable price. Not only did I get a top quality mattress but they even tied it to my car free of charge and it was super quick. Super Blessing! I had visited another store in the same plaza and didn't have any luck with great customer service or even a simple greeting . To be quite honest , I almost didn't go to Miami mattress because it looked like a mom and pop store and seemed small from outside ! Delivery man called before delivering. Delivers in Broward and Miami-Dade. You prepay for the mattress on the phone and they deliver. Would highly recommend! We were in the market for a new mattress and checked out every store possible. We did a lot of research, knew exactly what we wanted and can definitely say that this place had the absolute best price by far...about $400 less than the next cheapest. Their staff is great...we went to both of their stores...Al was nice and knowledgeable at the Kendall location and Julio was as well at the South Miami location. To be honest, I am incredibly surprised by the previous review. My experience with the owner, Javier, was nothing but positive. I spent about a week and a half going to about 10 different furniture and mattress stores between Miami and Homestead, as well as doing research online. This store was about the sixth or seventh I visited. I went in and found Javier to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was more than willing to answer any and all questions I had and I appreciate the fact that he did not put any pressure on me to buy the mattress immediately (everywhere else I went, the salesmen were very pushy). After shopping around a bit more, I went back to this store and ended up purchasing a mattress by Biscayne Bedding because it was BY FAR the most comfortable mattress I laid upon. Went in with my brother about a month ago, we were both buying beds. I purchased a Biscayne Bedding Queen bed with the boxspring for a good price.
