What a great place to be! I recently had a small Project of…read morecopying documents in as high fidelity as possible for office use; stuff like degrees and certs to hang on a wall. Ideally you want quality paper and as good a scan as possible. Well that's exactly what I was able to accomplish with the help of this Office Depot on Bird Road. The place was clean, I was welcomed when I came in and the copies were the best quality I'd seen in all the places I ended up going to. Also, it was SUPER inexpensive, even for a few 11"x14" printouts it was only a few dollars. I walked away very satisfied with the interaction and cost effectiveness. Great experience, great place. All things considered, five stars

Came here to get a few items I'd ordered online for in-store pickup. Though I never actually…read morereceived confirmation that my items were available, I arrived after the time when the initial e-mail from Office Depot said they should be ready. As I approached the counter there were 2 staff, both chatting with the same customer. Finally after some time, one of them looked up and asked what I needed. He checked the rack where the in-store pickup items are usually placed. Nothing for me. He radioed to his associate in the back who didn't know anything about my order, either. Finally I suggested he could just take the confirmation printout I'd given him, we could walk the store and he could gather my items and give them to me since I'd already paid, which is what he did. Following that it was relatively straightforward. He scanned my confirmation paperwork and the items I'd purchased via Office Depot's website and I was on my way...But I guess the concept of ordering online to quickly pick up your pre-packaged order at this store wasn't working so well on this day.

I have to say every single visit I have been met with helpful staff. Tbh I never thought to review an Office Depot on yelp, but the service has been consistent for ever visit.

El lugar sucio, desordenado, oscuro, carisimooo! Querían cobrarnos 75 centavos por cada hoja por usar la guillotina después de imprimir el formato. Nadie respeta el turno de nadie! en fin, horrible! Decidí venir a OFFICEMAX y qué diferencia! And I just remember, their bathroom is one of the filthiest I have seen at any store.

1 Star Review I've…read morehad consistently bad experiences at The UPS Store at 8355 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33144. Every time I drop off a package, they find a reason to charge me -- even when I'm simply returning an item in the same original box it came in. Their usual excuse is that it's "not the correct box," even though the package hasn't even been opened. This has happened three times now, which makes it feel like a pattern rather than a mistake. Other UPS locations accept the same returns without any issue or extra charge. This store seems more focused on adding unnecessary fees than helping customers. I won't be returning to this location again.
