The first one is dark enough that can pass as black, sort of. the second one was blue, dark but still very blue. This fellow Enrique wants us to bring him everything when we complained about it, pictures and videos don't suffice for him. They won't exchange or refund. So just beware. The job is okay, and they are responsive, but if your whole job is to print the color that your customer asks and you don't do it. I would say that's a failure.

Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer.
