He showed me a mockup but never sent the final artwork for approval. After hearing nothing for days, I called him -- and was shocked to hear the shirts were already printed without any confirmation from me. When I went to pick them up, the sizes and colors were completely wrong. I even brought in a sample shirt to point out mistakes a previous company made, and somehow they still repeated the exact same errors. I literally had to explain how to do the job properly -- something no client should have to do. Renato said he'd fix it, so I sent him the color codes he requested. After that? No communication. No replies to texts, emails, or calls. Weeks later, someone else called me, promised a follow-up, and of course, never called back. Renato might seem like a nice, honest guy at first -- but it's all talk. He gives excuses, acts like he knows the printing business, but in reality, he clearly doesn't. Bad service, no accountability, and absolutely zero professionalism. As a digital expert, I know how to make sure this kind of dishonest service gets the exposure it deserves. I'll be publishing detailed reviews and content that will hurt their online reputation and get their site flagged and potentially blacklisted by Google. I drove to their shop 20 minutes later the shop owner was incredibly kind, hospitable, and said he was happy to help me with my request. I shared the images I needed printed on item and he said he could complete it that same day or I could come back after work the next day to pick them up. I came back the following day and was thinking about making a slight variation in the size of the images and the shop owner was still so friendly, generous and willing to help with this change. This store and it's employees will go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help ensure you have exactly what you need and they charge fair pricing. Super friendly and I had an extremely positive experience with my purchase and their help. I will 100% be coming here again for all my screen printing and embroidery needs and I didn't even mention the INCREDIBLE collection of hats and shirts that you can purchase from them.
