So glad I came here! I love that I can book an appointment online and just show up! This place has sanitary equipment, vast color options, a myriad of services, and good quality nail techs. Kenny did a fabulous job on my nail (I got a dip on my natural nail) and the young woman who did my pedicure (Luxury Pedi) did a wonderful job too. I'm new to El Paso, TX and I'm so glad I found my nail salon! read more

Ok so this is the first yelp review I've ever written but after going back and reading all the reviews I felt I should. First off, I walk in and like a lot of other people mentioned, I was never greeted (at least not well) simply a "yes?" (or something along those lines) and I said I had an appointment for a gel manicure. She responded with "wash your hands and pick your color" so I did as much, btw I had to confirm which colors were the gels but that's no biggie. This entire time she was with a customer and had barely glanced in my direction. Fifteen minutes go by and she lets me know that the nail tech I was going to be with was running a little behind (again no biggie, I get that happens sometimes). A couple minutes later she asked me if I had anything on my nails that needed to be taken off like acrylic/gel. THIS is where my real beef is. I told her yes, I had acrylics but they had been grown out for almost a month by this point and I had already cut and filed them down so they were pretty thin (and wouldn't have to soak as long). She says ok I'll get them off for you so when the tech gets to your manicure it will be faster. She takes a look at my nails then proceeds to pull out a box of tips. Confused, I tell her "Oh no I just want them off, I don't want another set", and she says "oh yes I'm taking them off". She then proceeds to slide the plastic tip under my acrylics and just yank them off, which was a really uncomfortable and painful sensation. My nails were left completely shredded, thin, bumpy, and weak. The whole point of the acrylics I had gotten before was to let my nail bed grow out and prevent damage (assuming they were taken off properly). I know I should have spoken up, but honestly with the unwelcome tone and the feeling of being rushed I just didn't want to get into it. I finally get sent to a nail tech to get my manicure done and the whole thing is very rushed because he's catching up on time, and to make my nail bed even, he now has to file it even more which has made it even thinner. My nail beds are literally CONCAVE. Even with the gel polish on right now, my nails can bend like card stock. The manicure/cuticle cleanup was good, albeit rushed but by that point I didn't mind because I just wanted to get out of there. Look, this place isn't the worst salon you'll ever go to and heck maybe they just do things differently, but at the end of the day you're paying for a service that should be an enjoyable experience and this place simply did not accomplish that for me. There are far better places to spend an hour of your time getting your nails done. read more

This place is my new favorite nail spa. Not only were we taken care of immediately but the pricing was affordable. First time I had ever experienced a family as the staff but it was great and fun entertainment. They kept us engaged and were genuine. It was a wholesome experience for us. read more

I wish I could give an honest rating. I was really excited to try. They don't except walk-ins‍ The guy at the desk was reluctant to talk to me. There were 2 lady's getting pedicures that left before I could pull off so....idk read more

Went during COVID and they really had it down! Plastic dividers and fewer people to maintain distancing. Great service and quick for the quality. Would go again! read more

I really didn't want to get much done--removing dead skin and a callous or two and cleaning up my cuticles. Dead skin was taken off, but I didn't notice any difference in my cuticles (hands or toes). The manicurist was kind and gentle, but I paid a lot (including tip). Next time maybe I can handle it myself. read more

Service was fast. Areas are clean. Will be coming back to this place for fills and pedi's. Overall a good experience for my first time here. read more

Worst customer service! They claim "walk-ins are welcome" - we were ASKED TO LEAVE when we stopped by at 4 pm but they supposedly close at 7:30 PM. They did not provide us with a reason, and the staff looked very annoyed when we walked in and had an overall unprofessional vibe. I've been to plenty of nail salons but never been treated this way. It was their loss because we went to another nail salon down the road where we got way better service and the staff were actually pleasant. There are plenty of amazing nail salons in El Paso; this place is not one of them - do not go here! Edit: response to manager's rant below who doesn't seem to understand how Yelp works - firstly, no one asked you to wake up to respond to my review, so please don't complain about that on here. Secondly, you seem to forget that *customers rate places based on our experiences* - I did not have a pleasant experience at your business and I'm stating my opinions here, that's all, no need to get so defensive. This was a customer service issue, not a common sense issue as you claim. Better luck next time! read more

I got these nails for my birthday and I'm really picky about my acrylic nails. Needless to say the lady who did them was really patient and basically a perfectionist with the shape which I appreciated it. But I paid $110 and the nail glue literally only lasted 3 days. I'm not kidding. I was so annoyed. Within one week 4 nails had already fallen off. read more

The pedicure was the best I've ever gotten, I got the luxury. Everything was great except for the polish. My mom got French tip and I got a plain purple. My moms pedicure looked great when we left but the polish they used was so cheap that it chipped off within minutes of leaving the salon. Loved the massage portion but the nail polish part sucked. Mine didn't chip, he just did a poor job applying the polish. My 5 year old does better. read more

I'm in El Paso for a couple of weeks, and the nail set I have needed a refill and desperately needed a change of color as my gel nail polish was lifting. I called this morning and was able to get an appointment early in the afternoon. Anthe did magic on my hands; he's FANTASTIC! He was friendly, very thorough, and even fixed the shape of my right hand nails as they were slightly off. The outcome is GORGEOUS! Since I had time and someone was available, I got a matching pedi. It was very relaxing and again, the tech was great! This place is awesome and worth the 25 mile drive. read more

I've tried several nail places in the area. This is one I will start using from now on. The place is clean and the gentleman did a great job with my pedicure. My feet were pampered & felt rejuvenated. The prices are reasonable. You are greeted upon entering and asked what service you'd like. After I arrived, it became very busy but the wait wasn't long. I hope they continue the great service! I'll be back again and again. read more

Sheryl is literally the best. Never disappoints! The other staff are super kind and friendly as well, and do a great job. The atmosphere in the salon itself is always very welcoming! I just moved to El Paso, and I'm definitely going to be a regular. read more

Let's just start this with I just moved here. I was looking for my new nail place. I called on a Wednesday to ask if they were free on Friday for a full set and pedi. It's a 35 minute drive from my home but I was willing for a good set. The man on the phone said I didn't need an appointment I should have known better. Anyway, I get there and it's packed. That's fine, good business and all. THIS WOMAN ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO COME BACK 2 HOURS FROM WHEN I WALKED IN????? I had already started filling out the sign in thing. They need more staff. So i looked up another nail place. It was "Spa and Nails on Mesa" and I highly recommend!!! I called and the owner answered VERY CLEARLY, and got my name. Told me he would be ready for me when I pulled up... which is about a 2 minute drive because they are up the street.... anyway. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME if yours is important. read more

I've been stationed in El Paso about 2 months and finding a new nail salon and wax lady is always the hardest. I've been pretty consistent coming here and their online appointment booking makes life SO much easier. Their staff is nice, not overly friendly or neglectful. The place is clean (with appropriate COVID19 measures) with plenty of options. I consistently get my pedicures and eyebrows waxed here and haven't been disappointed yet. I got my eyelashes lifted once (which is why I knocked off a star). Unfortunately I don't have a picture but the final product was okay but it could've been better. The associate who did my lift was also in and out of the room (it was busy- I understand but still). Also there was no explaination of what was going on which was a little frustrating. However, thats only 1/3 things I get done here. I'm still a consistent customer and I'll probably give another eyelash extension a shot- maybe it was just a rough day. read more

Anthe did an amazing job on my nails. Although one thing did confuse me. On the poster where they have the prices, acrylics were priced at $25 for regular polish, and gel was $30. When I asked to confirm prices before choosing a color, I was told it was $15 extra to get gel, making it $40. The poster is a little misleading so make sure to confirm how much you'll be paying. Besides that I have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and not rude at all. read more

Overall a solid nail salon to go to in El Paso. I was disappointed with how long the wait was and how slow the service was (2 hours for a simple mani-pedi). Overall, a bit pricey for the quality of service but it was on par with other salons in the area. read more

I'm from out of town, so I like to us yelp to find places, but this one disappoints!! I show up as a walk-in, not very friendly. I asked for a mani/ pedi, but she said they only had time for either or! I paid 60 for the organic pedi one and it was a joke! They lady that did it was ok, but I think she was in a speed race!! I would definitely look around before I choose this place! I won't be back here!! read more

This is the worst place to get your mani/pedi, not because they are incompetent, but bc their wait times are unreal, even when you are a loyal customer. I've recommended this place to many colleagues and the us absolutely no appreciation for my business here. I won't ever support this business again!!!! read more

I do only get my nails done periodically but I love Sheryl. She's wonderful. I live in the east side and don't mind taking the drive to get my nails done with her. She takes her time and doesn't rush. Her prices are very reasonable. Yes, I've had to wait a bit but never for a long period of time. I have loved my nails every single time I go see her. I have recommended her in several occasions to friends. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I made an appointment because reading the reviews it seemed to get busy. I got an appointment with Sheryl the same day. It's a small and sort of dated salon but clean. They made me wash my hands before and after which is definitely ok with me. I saw her use a new file which is rare to see nowadays. They seem to use the same files for all clients. Sheryl was very detailed and made my nails look flawless! I have never had a good nail job in my life and this hands down was the best! I will definitely be making the drive from the East side every time! It was spendy but worth every penny! read more

I was visiting from out of town and i desperately needed my nails done. What I asked for vs what I got. I've never been here before and was hoping for the best because I'm 30 minutes away and I wasn't let down. Reasonable prices , and friendly staff. After every step I was asked if I was liking what she had done so far and that's great customer service to me. I was immediately sat, didn't wait at all (I had an appointment) It's definitely worth the drive and I will be back read more

Easy book, I called in salon for an appointment for 2 pedicures, it was an easy fast process. The treatment wasn't too too expensive. For me definitely a 5-Star, I enjoyed my Deluxe Pedicure with Helen, she did an outstanding job! However, my wife was serviced by Andy, he started off well, but cut hers short. When we asked them about it he didn't even answer back to us, Helen explained to us he had finished his process and it seemed as if he was annoyed by us asking. My wife sat there for an extra 10 minutes watching me get my massage when she should have been getting the same treatment as me. Thank you Helen for your great service, I appreciate you. read more

I love Helen's attention to detail when she does my nails. I like simple nails nothing fancy and she does just what I want!

I have been going to this nail salon for nearly 5 years. I have watched this salon grow and go to new levels, exceeding trends in all services known to a nail shop. I usually book my appointments, because I watched so many people attempt to walk in and there are rarely any services available for walk in traffic. However, I have watched the frustration of the staff when they turn people away for not having appointments, while others with appointments no-show at the last minute, even after confirming. I know things happen, it is time, money and commitment involved in running a successful business. I book my next appointment on the day I receive my services. I normally do 2 nails and 1 pedicure every single month and I will not take a chance of not being able to get my services done. My advise is to book and keep your appointments, so that i can book on an available day that fits my schedule. They have never disappointed me. I am not receiving any discounts or free services for providing this review. This is a very good salon, with very skilled technicians, who have trained and served for many years. When you book with this or any salon, you are paying for the time they have spent training over the years, as well as quality supplies to do the services. Thank you for taking time to read my review. read more

Horrible!!!! False advertisement!!! There is no walk in welcome! I got there at 11:07am there were 2 techs available . I asked for a pedicure and sns manicure and they told me 3pm. The girl at the front didn't even want to look at me. I as I sat outside in my car a customer walked out so that means that there was now 3 techs available.
