The owner is also super sweet! This place really makes the customers feel very welcome. It has this small town vibe that I absolutely love! Some places I have beeen to in the past have been toxic and you can just feel those bad vibes the minute you walk in. This place is the absolute opposite. The pricing is reasonable compared to other places. I literally drove up here from Orange County because Rocio is the best. Nobody else compares (I learned that mistake once and will never do that again) Come here and ask for Rocio. If she isn't taking new customers the other ladies are just as sweet as well. You really can't go wrong with any of them! I adore these ladies.

My hair was down to my waist and ended with one side of my hair cut shorter than the other. Layers were SUPER sloppy, color alright. Did not give me what I wanted or had showed her on a inspo photos and still charged me for what I originally had wanted (which was shadowed root ombre which she had told me would cost $300) I was fine with. However she had told me for a balayage would be $250 which I did not want. And ended up charging the $300 (which was $50 extra) for the balayage and not the price she had said prior to coming into my appointment and walked out with a balayage hair and terribly haircut. Super bad experience will never return back.

Teen son acne, allergic reaction care, skin cancer prevention and just general skin health care. This may sound ridiculous but they feel like an extended family, the office personal are so inviting and remember me and family everytime, same with any techs they have and ofcourse the doctor. I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

We did a one hour full body massage and it was magical!! The salon is clean and smells fresh and the lady at the front was super polite! For our massage we were in the same room with a small dividing wall between the beds. It was dim and had soft music playing, perfect ambiance! I didnt get the names of the two ladies who did ours but they were fabulous! The pressure was consistent and they took their time working out the giant knots in my shoulders. They do walking massage there as well but this time we opted not to try it. Everything about our visit was fantastic! I feel like a bowl of jello now! We have decided to go back once a month for a date day to just relax! I would highly recommend this place! One thing to keep in mind, when they say undress they mean it. I left my undies on and she had no problem moving them! ( I didn't mind, it gave her uninterrupted access to my entire back)

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK…read more This is the first time I EVER experienced where I left a massage parlor more tense and I was extremely uncomfortable. I paid for the the combo body and feet service I didn't get my full service. I was assigned a women who was doing great but was abruptly cut short by the man at the counter, saying she was going to take care of someone else. What made me feel uncomfortable my lower body was exposed and the man took over with no reason explaining why he had to take over. When it was time to turn over onto my front side he didn't leave the room but was turned around towards the door. I specifically said I was having really bad pain on my upper back and neck, both the woman and the guy didn't work on what I asked for. My hands were balled up into a fist and we're so tense that my hands were sore. And all I thought about was "I have to get out of here"

Appointment was on time, no waiting. The actual unit was cute and welcoming, had a few things for sale. Angela was really nice. I received a free skin analysis from her, with some good insight. The changing room was cute. The place was very cutesy. The bed was comfortable for my back. The products smelled wonderful and the hand/arm and foot massage were nice! The room ambience was calm. The view of my scalp on the magnifying screen was cool. The overall length of service was nice and Angela was sweet. Cons: The Velcro robe was uncomfortable, I'm a "more to love body type", I had to leave it unlatched, but good thing there was a blanket. She also had a cool weighted blanket if you wanted. Although, I would have preferred a towel. Angela wore gloves, in which I understand, but I felt it took away from the experience. I could hear the gloves in my ear. However, I understand if she wanted to use gloves on my feet, but not my head. My body wasn't fully relaxed because I felt like if I let my arms down, they would fall off the bed. The hair/scalp scrub was nice, but not enough pressure. The water was pretty hot on my head and I wasn't asked, but I also didn't let her know either. So, that was my fault. There was no water wand, but a hand hose was used. It kept rubbing on the plastic bucket, so there was a bunch of noise, not to mention the plastic drawers opening and closing behind my head. I felt the noise took away from the quiet relaxing experience. Angela used some sort of water pump and the water smelled like plastic. She had to dump the buckets of used water every few minutes. She had to get up to get products every few seconds, so maybe some more organizing/prepping was needed. She did a bit of head massaging/scrubbing and pressure points, but still, not enough pressure or enough overall. I feel like she was trying to get to the next step without putting love into the first step. She used maybe 3 different brushes on my head, one being the battery operated scalp massager, the others were maybe 2 brushes. I was expecting more scalp stimulation I guess. I was thinking maybe a wooden comb or a metal pronged scalp massager. It's similar to the videos you see on social media, but not 100%. She blow dried my hair a tiny bit, but when I had gotten up my wet hair slapped my back lol. I paid $170; which I feel was fair for the length ( maybe 1 hr 30 min) but not the experience. I feel I get more out of a $45 60 min Asian massage. Overall: I wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone for a scalp spa here. I think there needs to be some more development for it to be considered a Japanese Scalp Spa.

I can't say enough great things about Colleen! Working with her has truly changed my life in ways I…read morenever expected. When I first started, I thought fitness was mostly about working out, but Colleen helped me understand that real transformation starts with what we put into our bodies and how our bodies use food for fuel. She taught me so much about body composition, how to count my macros, and how to make nutrition work for my goals instead of against them. One of the biggest eye-openers for me was learning the importance of eating good carbohydrates. For years, I steered away from carbs because I thought I couldn't lose weight if I ate them. Colleen helped me understand the difference between good carbohydrates and processed foods, and she showed me how the right carbs actually fuel your body, support your workouts, and can absolutely be part of a healthy weight-loss journey. What makes Colleen so special is that she doesn't just give you a plan--she educates you, empowers you, and genuinely wants you to succeed. She took the time to explain the "why" behind everything, which completely changed the way I think about food, fitness, and taking care of myself. Because of her guidance, I have more confidence, more knowledge, and a healthier relationship with both food and my body. Beyond her incredible expertise, Colleen is supportive, encouraging, and truly invested in her clients' success. You can feel how much she cares, and that makes all the difference. She has given me tools and knowledge that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend Colleen and all of the services she provides to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being. She has made such a positive impact on my life, and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

I had taken the day off and drove from Barstow to Victorville specifically for this appointment. When I arrived for the new 4:00 PM time, she was still working on the previous client. At 4:21 PM, I was told she would call/text me when I could come inside, so I waited in my car. By 5:07 PM, I still hadn't been called in. At that point, it had been over an hour since the rescheduled time and more than three hours since my original appointment. I texted that I couldn't wait any longer and requested my $54 deposit back. She called me at 5:08 PM saying she had just finished and I could either come inside or receive a refund. I chose the refund because I had already waited long enough. To her credit, she was understanding and canceled the appointment through StyleSeat. I understand appointments can run behind, but this was excessive. I had already accommodated a two-hour delay, drove from Barstow, and then waited another hour after the rescheduled time. For a $180 service, I expected better scheduling and communication. I can't speak on the quality of her work because I never received the service. This review is strictly about the scheduling and overall experience. I appreciate that I was given the option of a refund, but losing several hours of my day after making the drive was very disappointing.
