After a month, they still had "not gotten to it" Went to pick it up since they couldn't get time (and I found somebody else to clean it up) - and was given a BOX OF PARTS. They said they hadn't worked on it - - yet - I gave them a complete saw, I got a box of parts back! (and they then added that "They could sell me a new one") I'm speechless at this. That saw has seen our family through tough times, and saved us from downed and leaning trees around the house - and now it's a box of parts. Zero Stars.

Yes, it's a hardware store, so if you need some nuts and bolts and whatnot, they have that. But they ALSO have a really cool candy store AND a really neat Harry Potter area, AND a Wild West area, and a really great selection of cute gifts etc. We left with zero hardware, but several Christmas gifts, a big box of Red Hots and some delicious peanut brittle.
