Called and texted the owner numerous times over several weeks and never received a response, even sent him pictures of the damage and poor workmanship. Finally I told him I was going to add a review to his website and he responded back quickly stating if I do he would not fix my issues. Since no progress was being made, I decided to repair the insulation myself, live with the damaged door, and post my reviews. After posting a review on his website, he sent me the text in the picture below. How unprofessional can a person be and still stay in business.
