I bought a new refrigerator on sale. Incredible deal on. Major brand! When delivered, it was 1/2 inch too tall to fit under my cabinets. Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!" read more

I was in need of two people to come help me clean out an old storage barn. Jeff and Mindy were professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Their work was absolutely phenomenal. I am unable to do much bending or lifting. They did all the hard, dirty work, and even helped me with disposal. At one point, a snake came out of a box (one of the good kind). This did not deter them. They gently prodded him off the area, so they could continue the work. I would absolutely hire them again! read more

Mindy and Jeff came out to help us work on our cabinets. Even before they came out to start the project, Mindy was amazing at answering my million questions and quick to respond. They are very flexible and do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Jeff is very knowledgeable and talented in his craftsmanship. They are detail oriented and very thorough. I appreciate the care they take in making sure their client is happy. They never force extra unneeded work but provide valuable advice on what they think needs/ should be done. We are very excited to have met them and will be using them for upcoming projects. Highly recommend them to anyone. read more

They are my "go to" people whenever I need any thing done. They installed a new cook top, combination micro wave and oven and a exhaust unit. This was not just a simple plug in. A cabinet was removed, the wall prepped and painted and the exhaust hood installed. It was so perfect that anyone would think the house was built with it. I say call them first for any project. read more

Absolutely cannot recommend them more! They came out to mount our big TVs and hang mirrors, and it was truly amazing work. They are very detail oriented, work to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way, and are just genuinely wonderful, kind and generous humans. I will absolutely be hiring them for every future project! read more

We are so happy with the house cleaning we got from Just Call Friends! We were hesitant to try a house cleaning service after having a disappointing experience with a different company, but decided to give it a try again. We liked that Just Call Friends is a small operation of two people instead of a big corporation, and we saw they had great reviews. Mindy & Jeff responded to our request for a quote quickly and were very professional and friendly throughout the experience. We're pretty picky when it comes to house cleaning, but they completely blew our expectations away. They were very thorough and meticulous, and completed the cleaning in half the time it would've taken us to do on our own. We will definitely be using them again! read more

Very reasonable pricing. I thank them for doing a great job installing my attic fan. I had initially reached out to some roofing companies, but they offered outrageous prices or never got back to me. They responded quickly, arrived at the time discussed. Very punctual. I would use them again for any future jobs that I need help with. read more

Mindy and Jeff were amazing. They helped me clean two storage rooms full of dust and spider webs. Eek!

Mindy came to my house today and left it feeling amazing. We have been remodeling so my attempts at cleaning the dust have failed. She was 15 mins early so I appreciated the punctuality. She also started the day with a consultation of what I would like done, if her cleaning products were acceptable for my countertops and finishes, and followed the cleaning with an ending consultation to make sure I was happy with her work. She was very sweet to my dogs who enjoyed watching her clean. I didn't have to lock them up like I do with other people in the house. She does pet sitting too so I will def utilize her services when needed. I will def use Mindy again in the future. **side note** she does text messaging which I like because I'm not a fan of phone tag. Texting is a huge bonus for someone busy like me and who work odd hours. read more

They responded with speed. They do not offer their cleaning service at this time. So, I did not hire them.

Found a deal on living social and decided to use this for a 2- hour house cleaning. I called and Mindy was extremely courteous and professional. She told me she would see if anyone was available and called back within an hour and set up an appointment for me. Donna arrived on time but I was running 20 minutes late. She waited for me and brought her own cleaning supplies. I gave her a rundown on what I wanted cleaned and told her I primarily wanted a deep scrubbing in the bathrooms. The only thing I probably should have asked her was to put covers around her shoes, since I usually don't walk around in my apartment with shoes on, but that's my fault for not communicating beforehand. Even though I ran late, Donna stayed and completed the cleaning in two hours. I reached out to give her a tip and she was actually surprised. She said my payment was complete, and mentioned this was just for her work. I actually LOVE when people don't wait around EXPECTING tip and are actually grateful for it. After all, tip should be based on how I feel about their work. I love that I got a great deal on my cleaning service, the service was prompt, and didn't have major problems with booking. Will use the again. read more

Wonderful Service! Mindy is punctual and leaves the place spotless. She is very detail oriented. I appreciate that she took time to make sure I was completely happy with the service. Mindy is the best!! I found her on Yelp a month ago looking for house cleaning services (as well as pet sitting). She has come twice to clean and I can't express how happy I've been! I've never had anyone come clean because I'm really anal and have always done it myself. However, she does a fantastic job :) I highly recommend her!! I haven't had her look after my kitty yet but I know she would be the best! She came and met him while I was home and she was so nice and loving to him (even though he was in a bad mood because of my energetic puppy, ha). read more

We hired Mindy to do a deep clean on our house to prepare it for listing and she was amazing. She showed up right on time and was super thorough. She got the dust and grime everywhere, even in places I wouldn't have expected her to really pay attention to (ex. the inside of door jams). She was also super friendly and loves animals. Even our cat who hates *everyone* liked her. I highly recommend her and we'll be hiring her again in the future. read more

I just realized that I haven't left Mindy a Yelp review & I apologize for that because she is awesome! She has been cleaning my house since August of this year & I had her check on my cats, feed & water them, clean out their litter box, & give one of the cats medication while I was out of town. Mindy is reliable, a perfectionist at her cleaning & I am very satisfied with the results & her prices. I believe she should be charging me more! I look forward to having her continue as my pet sitter & house cleaner for as long as she is willing. Thanks for your business Mindy! read more
