Corey was very personable and professional. The cost was very reasonable. Ray Lusk Plumbing will now be my plumber.

Responded very quickly and found the problem and explained solutions and had it resolved quickly and for a reasonable cost

Clogged line. The tech did not communicate well. We explained the history to dispatch and requested a tech with a camera. The tech never shared images despite our request. He said collapsed pipe, get a quote from office for replacement. Called second plumber. He cleared drain. Showed before and after photos. Very polite. Ray Lusk tech was more interested in getting us to pay for work we do not need than in helping us. read more

Noticed our water heater was leaking water in the morning around 9:00...called them because we had used them before, and they showed up just a couple of hours later. Installed a new water heater the same day. No mess, no fuss. Excellent service! read more

Absolutely awesome service! We had a blocked mainline and I thought it would be impossible to get same day service. Ray Lusk was able to send Drew to fix the problem in less than an hour. Drew was able to identify the problem and have it fixed in less than an hour. The price was more than fair, especially for same day service! They've made us return customers and I highly recommend. read more

asked to have a hot water heater replaced and only got a $20 part but charged $229.00 for the part. tech guy was told what we needed but got to the call and said he did NOT have time to do the full job! talked to manager and he totally backed his tech guy with the job he did. the manager was NOT concerned about having our business. We have used Ray Lusk for many jobs in the past but will no longer use them. we filed a complaint with the BBB and found out that there were many complaints similar to ours with them. read more

I called Lusk Plumbing to check for a gas leak. Then sent a guy out who sprayed some soapy water and said he couldn't find or smell a leak. $175.00 for a service call. We still smell gas. Total rip off. Who charges so much for a so called 'service call'? Will never call or recommend these 'plumbers' again. R Bell read more

I used this company a few years ago to put in a waterline. I had been on a well and decided to hook up to city water. Called this company out and got a great price to lay 400 feet of pipe to my water meter. They dug up my yard and put it back like nothing was ever done. Very professional. If your looking for a great plumber you call this company!!!! read more

Ray Lusk Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I had an old, nasty water heater that I knew needed replaced, but wanted to get an estimate first. I called and Donovan was able to come first thing this morning (just 2 days later) with no service charge for the visit. (Sadly, some other plumbers do charge a fee to give an estimate.) After taking a look, he gave me the estimate. I honestly didn't know what to expect price-wise, but was thrilled to get a 10 gal larger tank for only $100 more (20 gal more than the tank being replaced). Donovan was able to replace the unit by noon today. He was very pleasant, professional and I could not be happier! I highly recommend and would definitely use again if I need a plumber! read more

Problem: leak in pipe under bathroom sink. Plumber arrived 3:14p. Plumber noted immediately the variety of pipe used (PB); he said he would have to see if he had a fitting that would work. That took 5 minutes to walk to his truck and back. Ten minutes after rechecking the parts he had brought, he came to me and said he would have to go to a supplier to see if he could get the right material. At that point, having been there less than half an hour he reported that so far I now owed 175.00... IF ...he stopped and DIDN'T FIX the problem, or, he could go and see what he could find that could work, come back and fix the problem for another 175.00. What would you have done?? A) pay someone 175.00 to tell you he had come without the necessary material to solve your problem and be left with the problem which was was now leaking at a faster rate than when he arrived. B). There is no "B". He left, was gone less than half an hour, came back, replaced the fitting in less than 20 minutes. The last time I looked, 2 X 175 equaled 350.00. Since plumbers now do not give you a receipt for the price of the parts used, and since we are not supposed to ask for them!! I went on line and found info for flex fittings: miniscule!! I am wondering what could have cost the additional 106.56? Oh, maybe it was the tax?!!! Or, is it I am a senior AND a woman? Mary Anne read more

I've used Ray Lusk Plumbing on several occasions and I've been happy with their service. They get me on the schedule quickly and have been pleasant to deal with even in unpleasant circumstances. Their plumber Rick is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He has been realistic and transparent about options and pricing. Highly recommend! read more

Great service. No upfront fee for the quote. Both the person who answered the phone and the plumber who came out to give the quote were very professional. Their quote was 50% lower than competitor. Very impressed. read more

The receptionist was terribly rude. I ended it there. Looking at other reviews, apparently that is a trait that's company-wide.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel the need to write this one, I've had a partial block in my sewage line for a couple days and the first plumber came out unprepared and I got charged for a job not completed, BUT while looking for another plumber to call I noticed a name that I've used before, Ray Lusk, After a phone call within a hour Roy was here, polite, professional and had my problem fixed quickly, I'm highly recommending Ray Lusk plumbing for your Needs, You'll be Pleased with their Service, Thanks Roy read more

Our bathrooms flooded yesterday and their response was great, but just as important to me is they answered all our questions, were helpful pertaining to homeowners insurance, and even took off his shoes to not track mud in the house (wife was grateful for that!) responsiveness, professionalism and communication top notch! thank you Drew and company!

You know all companies can have a bad review. This company does not believe the customer is right. I had work done that was not approved by me. I was never told anything. I was asked to come to the back bathroom where some of the work was done but it was not the main repair. Long story short I would not recommend this company for anything. I am a senior citizen that feels I was taken advantage of by having to sign something and not even being able to see what I was signing for. I was told I would get a email. Not a good way to run business. read more

We called another plumber before finding Ray Lusk. The other plumber's estimate was two times as much as Ray Lusk's for the same job and they charged us $79 just to look at the toilet. Ray Lusk did not charge us for the diagnostic visit. Gary was our plumber and he was polite, efficient and highly capable. He told us what our options and costs were, but he did not try to upsell us. We won't call any other plumber in the future. Five stars! read more

I needed a plumber quick. Donavan came and was very professional and polite. I recommend them. Donavan helped me.

They came to adjust the water pressure within normal range bc was too high, but left without checking the water and it was barely coming out of the showers. We called them to let them know showers not functioning properly and needed water pressure adjusted so showers would function properly w adequate water flow. They said sure and came out the next day but wanted to charge $175 to fix their error. (They had only charged $145 for both water adjust and a tub leak on original visit). There was no warranty or standing behind their work, and the manager was extremely rude to me and my buyers. He said he adjusted it to 65 as requested and he doesn't check faucets. We had another plumber come out the next day and adjust it- it was on 18 lbs (not 65 like we were told)!!! In almost 10 years in real estate, I've never had a contractor act this unprofessional, rude and not stand behind their work. It was supposed to be a happy closing day for my clients moving to NWA. I will be sharing this experience w my fellow agents and clients. read more
