I am so angry I didn't look closer, it just didn't occur to me that he wouldn't clean! When I went over there the next day I was very upset to see the only thing he had done was rinse the cleaner off the shower and sink that I had sprayed on and vacuumed one room, not the edges or baseboards. He did not have the right cleaning products for stainless steel appliances or ceramic cooktop. I don't think he even wiped them off at all. I know he didn't clean the countertop, wipe out drawers, cabinets or refrigerator. I am not exaggerating how bad it was. He did almost NOTHING. My kid has a black lab that sheds like crazy and there was still dog hair everywhere, a dead beetle beside the toilet and the floor was still dirty, didn't even open the door to the pantry or washer and dryer areas. I took pictures and sent to him. He called immediately and offered a partial refund. I argued for full refund because I had to clean the place myself. He blocked my number and never sent anything. I would also like to note that I clearly warned him several times that it was a LOT of hair from the dog so he could decline if they didn't want to do it. ***Response: I'm sorry I said that I was working my a** off. I didn't mean to offend you. I was very angry. The bottom line is that you took a job and failed to do it. The proof is that you quickly offered a refund. You said it would take 7 days. I would not recommend this company. I hired them for a move-in clean, for a new construction house…read morethat was very dusty. They were one of the few places in town that could do that job on a weekend, and guaranteed that everything would be cleaned and mopped (including low windows and cabinets). They charged us over $1,100 to clean (for reference on how ridiculous this is, we just hired an independent cleaner who quoted us $350 and she knows the square footage and details). We were not in the home during this clean, and when we came back we found that the floors were still filthy (our bare feet were covered in dirt), and cobwebs still in the window sills and corners of the room. We also found construction dust present in the cabinets. We called them to say that the job was not finished or done well, so they sent the same two people back. They cleaned and mopped and got almost all of the cobwebs. Then they charged us another $200 for the time. I called them to question the charge, as I felt it wasn't right to charge any more because they didn't do the job in the first place, and it was already over $1k. They refused to budge. Thus, I will never use them again.
