I would not recommend this company. I hired them for a move-in clean, for a new construction house…read morethat was very dusty. They were one of the few places in town that could do that job on a weekend, and guaranteed that everything would be cleaned and mopped (including low windows and cabinets). They charged us over $1,100 to clean (for reference on how ridiculous this is, we just hired an independent cleaner who quoted us $350 and she knows the square footage and details). We were not in the home during this clean, and when we came back we found that the floors were still filthy (our bare feet were covered in dirt), and cobwebs still in the window sills and corners of the room. We also found construction dust present in the cabinets. We called them to say that the job was not finished or done well, so they sent the same two people back. They cleaned and mopped and got almost all of the cobwebs. Then they charged us another $200 for the time. I called them to question the charge, as I felt it wasn't right to charge any more because they didn't do the job in the first place, and it was already over $1k. They refused to budge. Thus, I will never use them again.

My kid has a black lab that sheds like crazy and there was still dog hair everywhere, a dead beetle beside the toilet and the floor was still dirty, didn't even open the door to the pantry or washer and dryer areas. I took pictures and sent to him. He called immediately and offered a partial refund. I argued for full refund because I had to clean the place myself. He blocked my number and never sent anything.
