I had to call the store to find out that he was not coming. I felt that I was not an important customer. I live in Grove, OK. I had to pay a deposit in advance to order the carpet. Maybe you should be told that you are not a priority if you live out of town before you spend money. I am not happy with this store. I got no apology, just was told there was nothing that could be done but wait my turn whenever that would be. Maybe this will help someone else who wants to deal with these people.

If I had realized this, one I would have asked for a second measurement and two would of asked for a clear description on what is considered specialty orders. One would think that if they measured the floor they would take back what they miscalculated. The manager told us repeatidly that he would call us back. Never have received a phone call. There are plenty of places in NWA to get nice quality flooring. Go somewhere else besides RB's.

The carpet also had to be redone due to workmanship issues, requiring multiple return visits and extending what should have been a straightforward project into several days. (Install was Monday and was finally properly completed on Thursday) While the company eventually sent a different installer to correct the work (2 more times), the process to get there was frustrating. Communication from management was argumentative and combative at times, to the point that I did not feel comfortable meeting alone and asked my husband to be present. The tone of the interaction was noticeably different in person. We ultimately reached a resolution, but it took far more effort than it should have. After spending nearly $8,000, the level of workmanship, professionalism, and overall experience simply did not reflect the value we were promised. I would strongly recommend closely monitoring any work done and documenting everything if you choose to use this company.

Jo, the lady that answers the phones and schedules everything, was rude and unhelpful. I asked around about the company and everyone I spoke to said Jo was mean and hard to work with. I am very pleased with the GREAT JOB that Al and Marco did today 09/23/19. I showed them a few stains that were on my carpet and they were able to get them out no problem. I did tell them not to go into 2 of my rooms because my kitty was in one and the other one had a kitty in it also. However he must have not really heard my request on not opening the door, was able to catch my baby and put him in the other room. They did such a great job though and they were really very professional and kind. I have Stanley Steemer do my home every year this is the 2nd time here in Arkansa but always had it done in California San Diego every year and will not use any other carpet cleaning company only Stanley Steemers. read more

We are always so pleased with the service that we receive from Stanley Steemer out of Springdale, AR. We had the pleasure of meeting Kahner and Daniel today, and they provided exceptional customer service to us. They arrived a few minutes early and were very friendly and professional. I was impressed that they put wet floor signs on our hard floors to remind our kids to be careful so they wouldn't slip coming out of the wet carpet areas. They were even able to get all of our "kid spill" stains out! We look forward to using Stanley Steemer for our carpet cleaning in the future! read more

Stanley Steemer employees, Jackson and Orlando did a great job cleaning my carpet... I have light color carpet and two small dogs so my carpet does require professional cleaning yearly to keep the carpet looking good... I hope that Jackson and Orlando will come back to clean my carpet when it is cleaning time again... They were very nice and professional and they did a great job! He didn't try to upsell me on all kinds of stuff I didn't need, which was great as well. He did the entire house and was in and out in just over an hour. At the great price I got from them, I will probably not put off cleaning carpets as long as I had before, and might make it a yearly thing as I think I'm supposed to.

I should have known then! I did not pay at that time so a guy actually did show up (late of course.) He sent a few pictures when he finished so I payed him. I am so angry I didn't look closer, it just didn't occur to me that he wouldn't clean! When I went over there the next day I was very upset to see the only thing he had done was rinse the cleaner off the shower and sink that I had sprayed on and vacuumed one room, not the edges or baseboards. He did not have the right cleaning products for stainless steel appliances or ceramic cooktop. I don't think he even wiped them off at all. I know he didn't clean the countertop, wipe out drawers, cabinets or refrigerator. I am not exaggerating how bad it was. He did almost NOTHING. My kid has a black lab that sheds like crazy and there was still dog hair everywhere, a dead beetle beside the toilet and the floor was still dirty, didn't even open the door to the pantry or washer and dryer areas. I took pictures and sent to him. He called immediately and offered a partial refund. I argued for full refund because I had to clean the place myself. He blocked my number and never sent anything. I would also like to note that I clearly warned him several times that it was a LOT of hair from the dog so he could decline if they didn't want to do it. ***Response: I'm sorry I said that I was working my a** off. I didn't mean to offend you. I was very angry. The bottom line is that you took a job and failed to do it. The proof is that you quickly offered a refund. You said it would take 7 days. I've waited 17 and haven't received it. The only thing I can do now is warn others. I'm very sorry it's come to this.
