I had Stanely Steemer come out to clean a couch and a large carpet I had purchased from Haverty's. They were both about one year old and CLEAN. We just wanted to start a schedule where they were cleaned once a year to keep them nice. I spent over $1,400 on the carpet. They ruined it. The couch was fine and no damage was done. The less than one year old rug was destroyed. I even called them with the info on the tag to explain what it was made out of first and they said no problem. Since it was winter they took my rug to the shop and then forget about me. Weeks passed and when I called to ask if they were ever going to bring it back they said yes and brought me back a still damp rug. After walking on it for few days it became dingy, dirty and crushed. They came back out for a redo in my driveway and it looked a bit better but it was destroyed. 6 months later I am still upset every time I pass my rug and wanted to warn others to make sure it comes back dry as I have learned a very expensive lesson. read more

Was quoted a price on the phone and gave them 1000 sq ft as cleaning area. The get to house and measure area to be cleaned and it was 367 sq feet. Price goes up over 500%. Told them I wanted job done for quoted price, tech says I see where you were quoted that but I'm not doing job for that price. Not good business practice and will never use them or recommend anyone use them. read more

We had a very positive experience with Stanley Steamer for duct cleaning service. The estimator came out and gave a quick, professional response. Two weeks later the cleaners came out. They were extremely polite and professional. We've had a lot of bad service over the past year, so I was so very impressed that they wrapped a ladder to protect the walls and carefully moved equipment to make sure no damage was done to wood floors and door trim. The cleaners worked extremely hard and showed us video of the ducts being cleaned. They were prompt, exceptional job for the money and cleaned up everything after the duct cleaning. 100% recommended. Oh, and their price was much less than several other estimates! read more

I decided to use Stanley Steamer to clean our bedroom carpet and 2 couches. Their job on the bedroom carpet was satisfactory however, the job on the couches was way below expectations. The crew while polite and courteous seem to rush the couches and move onto the next job. The couch cleaning resulted in streaking and there were sides of the cushions that were missed. We ended up having to redo the couches ourselves. As I was the one making the appointment and in charge of the operation, my wife pointed out that this company was best for carpet cleaning only and not upholstery cleaning. read more

The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I told them that I lived on the fourth floor of my apartment complex and they were even approved as a recommended service by my complex. They showed up an hour and a half after the scheduled time to be there and didn't even set foot outside of the fan. They said that they didn't think the hose would reach and didn't even attempt to try. Then the said that they couldn't park in the fire lane to do the service (the only space available to do it) even though previously I had seen their company parked in the same spot completing another service. I had to run across the parking lot (in jeans and cowboy boots) to get permission from the clubhouse for them to park there. When I got back they had made up their mind to not even do it because they didn't want to park in the only available spot. Once again, they didn't even set foot out of their van the entire visit, if you can even call it that. I will never use this service ever again and will strongly encourage people to use better options. read more

Because of the complexity and coordination with the flooring company, we chose to work with both because of their previous partnerships. While they were at it, we asked them for a few extras like painting our bedrooms, installing new the faucet and instant on hot water tap, and painting and cabinet work for the effected kitchen island. There were some challenges along the way. You should expect some. The good news is that Aaron was extremely responsive and attentive to each concern. He starts his mornings earlier, and responds quickly. They completed their work on time, the rooms look great, and the updated kitchen island is outstanding.

We have had to do several change orders and I firmly believe we will be left to figure out how to get the workmanship we agreed upon elsewhere. The project manager Chris loves to say he'll take a look and then never gets back to you. We have been left in the dark communication wise from the start, unless we reach out with very specific questions. Just all in all the worst experience I have ever had. I wish after mitigation we had parted ways. This process has been more traumatic than the initial flood.

(Install was Monday and was finally properly completed on Thursday) While the company eventually sent a different installer to correct the work (2 more times), the process to get there was frustrating. Communication from management was argumentative and combative at times, to the point that I did not feel comfortable meeting alone and asked my husband to be present. The tone of the interaction was noticeably different in person. We ultimately reached a resolution, but it took far more effort than it should have. I am very pleased with the GREAT JOB that Al and Marco did today 09/23/19. I showed them a few stains that were on my carpet and they were able to get them out no problem. I did tell them not to go into 2 of my rooms because my kitty was in one and the other one had a kitty in it also. However he must have not really heard my request on not opening the door, was able to catch my baby and put him in the other room. They did such a great job though and they were really very professional and kind. I have Stanley Steemer do my home every year this is the 2nd time here in Arkansa but always had it done in California San Diego every year and will not use any other carpet cleaning company only Stanley Steemers. read more

We are always so pleased with the service that we receive from Stanley Steemer out of Springdale, AR. We had the pleasure of meeting Kahner and Daniel today, and they provided exceptional customer service to us. They arrived a few minutes early and were very friendly and professional. I was impressed that they put wet floor signs on our hard floors to remind our kids to be careful so they wouldn't slip coming out of the wet carpet areas. Stanley Steemer employees, Jackson and Orlando did a great job cleaning my carpet... I have light color carpet and two small dogs so my carpet does require professional cleaning yearly to keep the carpet looking good...
