Because of the complexity and coordination with the flooring company, we chose to work with both because of their previous partnerships. While they were at it, we asked them for a few extras like painting our bedrooms, installing new the faucet and instant on hot water tap, and painting and cabinet work for the effected kitchen island. There were some challenges along the way. You should expect some. The good news is that Aaron was extremely responsive and attentive to each concern. He starts his mornings earlier, and responds quickly. They completed their work on time, the rooms look great, and the updated kitchen island is outstanding.

We just wanted to start a schedule where they were cleaned once a year to keep them nice. I spent over $1,400 on the carpet. They ruined it. The couch was fine and no damage was done. The less than one year old rug was destroyed. I even called them with the info on the tag to explain what it was made out of first and they said no problem. Since it was winter they took my rug to the shop and then forget about me. Weeks passed and when I called to ask if they were ever going to bring it back they said yes and brought me back a still damp rug. After walking on it for few days it became dingy, dirty and crushed. They came back out for a redo in my driveway and it looked a bit better but it was destroyed. 6 months later I am still upset every time I pass my rug and wanted to warn others to make sure it comes back dry as I have learned a very expensive lesson.

After 2 days of working with a plumber who didn't want to tear up the wall or floor since he couldn't tell where the water was coming from, and then trying to find someone who would tear out the floor and look for the leak, a friend steered me to this company. The owner was on vacation out of the state but called me back and then contacted his team who came and found the leak right away. They were hard working and professional yet very friendly and sympathetic to our problem. They were careful with our things and our home. I can't say enough good about them! They patched the wall up as good as new and replaced the trim that was removed and did not damage the trim or baseboard. I wish I could say the same for the people who took out the rest of the floor and replaced it. I am sorry I didn't let Major Damage do the whole project but my insurance company had a preferred company. In hind sight, I would have used Major Damage for the total job.
