I am extremely grateful for their hard and professional work - the ultimate validation to me was when their mitigation work was complete and my contractor for repairs was ready to begin construction. During the process of leak testing and even during the estimate process, I thought "wow what a great company, smart intelligent efficient people." As soon as the work started I realized we were in trouble. They use sub contractors who are God awful messy and leave giant piles of trash everywhere they go. The work is sub par to straight trash. All of which you would think NWA restore it would be ready and willing to fix. They had to tear out flooring and redo it. They tore up our trim and weren't even going to fix it until we complained repeatedly. We have had to do several change orders and I firmly believe we will be left to figure out how to get the workmanship we agreed upon elsewhere. The project manager Chris loves to say he'll take a look and then never gets back to you. We have been left in the dark communication wise from the start, unless we reach out with very specific questions. Just all in all the worst experience I have ever had. I wish after mitigation we had parted ways. This process has been more traumatic than the initial flood. read more

Zero stars if possible. Over charged for bad work. Quoted one thing and got another. Hot head owner threatening violence when brought to his attention. Will never use them again. Strongly suggest everyone else do the same. With so many options for the same work, why settle for such bad service? read more

Our insurance company had us use them. They came the next day and placed fans for the water damage. They gave us a plan to get things fixed. And that right there was where the good service ended. It took them over 2 months to move forward. The tile people never sealed our tile, the painters spilled paint and got it on our carpet, to add to this they did a terrible job. My five year old could have done a better job. The plumbing company that they sent was great and zero problems with them. Bob was a joke! He told us numerous lies and never completed a job. We just gave up trying to get the job done correctly. We did file a complaint with our insurance company so they will be removed from their preferred companies. read more

I went on vacation and came home to a flooded house. I walked thru the door and there was 3" of water. I called and got an answer on a Sunday. Within 45 minutes they showed up at my house to start the water removal. Jeff and Bill were so wonderful to work with! They explained every step of the process and followed through. My house was dried up and no mold was ever found which was my main concern as I have children with allergies. They worked with my insurance company and even my mortgage company when my insurance put them on the check. They made every step easy in a difficult situation. NWA Restore it went above and beyond to clean a HUGE Candle Wax mess out of our White carpet. We failed to blow out two 5" pillar candles during the past storms and woke up to one real mess. Our living room is HUGE and it would have cost us a very pretty penny to replace the carpet. Kerry and his team took less than one hour to get the mess cleaned up. ZERO STARS... BEWARE.... THESE PEOPLE ARE PREDATORS. .. I had a water leak in my dining room which caused some water damage. I called NWA RESTORE-IT for a quote. Bob the idiot adjuster told me that he couldn't give me a quote until they opened the wall to see the extent of the damage. I had to give them $1,000.00 cash Which would go towards the total bid. When asked "what if I dont like your bid"? Bob says we simply charge you for the work done and refund the rest of the money back. We'll they came back with a bid of $5,500.00 which was ridiculous and even recommended that I tear off the brick on the front of my house which would change the bid to $30,000.00 He said the leak was coming from the upstairs window which was a lie. When confronted about the bid and the inaccurate assessment Bob shows up to my house with his boss and another adjuster to back up his story. I went thru the bid and told them it was ridiculous and I wanted my money back. Bob told me that the work they had done cost me $1,000.00 what a coincidence that is the deposit I had to give you for an accurate quote. Bottom line I had the work done for $1,500.00 and the leak was coming from a defective flashing on the roof... Surprise Bob... you have no idea what you are doing. They used scare tactics like documentation of mold in the house history and total disclosure at the time of sale, all of which I discounted for intimadation. I have called the Better Business Bureau And reported their predatory practices to the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. These people are thieves stealing money from people $1,000.00 at a time and that is just the one's who call them on their bullshit...not to mention the ones that give them the job. Wish I could give a negative 5 stars. Came out in April. Said estimate would be ready within a week. It took a month. The estimate was all wrong. The estimator - Tylor is horrible. He was supposed to make corrections and get back to me and never did. I reached out to him again in June. I reached out to a supervisor - Todd - 3 times. He responded the first time and said he'd get right back to me. Nope. Then comes July. Turns out Tylor marked by file as complete and put it away. Met with Tylor and GM to go over what I wanted done - insurance vs. my work. Was again told corrections would be made. I told them 3 times in that conversation that I did not want to be in a hotel one day longer than I had to. They set me up for packout on 7/22. Tylor came back with project manager to look at work. I told them that I had family moving in at the end of August. was told - "oh we will be finished by then". Packout happened on 7/22 and 7/23 (2 half days). NWA Restore did not start any work until AUGUST 12TH. 23 days in a hotel instead of sleeping in my own bed with my bad back. Painting guys are a joke. Its still not finished. Flooring company (not with NWA restore-it thank god) is supposed to come tomorrow. I was promised painting would be finished and floors cleaned up really well so they would be ready for floor guys. No one is even working at the house today. Have no idea where my family is going to go in a week as I will not have a house available for anyone to live in. I'll update this review if anything ever gets finished. Just please - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more
