When we received heavy rains, water gushed through this gap towards our house. Water got into our interior wall and under the wood floors, causing thousands of dollars of damage. I had them come take a look at the gutter, and they agreed that it was poorly installed and damaged. Bryan from Norton's told me numerous times that he would get our floor fixed. Well, he was lying to my face and did not try to help us out. Norton's spent the next month avoiding my questions about fixing my floor, and finally Beau Norton called me and told me they would not pay for damages and that there was never a problem with my gutter (which he never looked at). He interrupted every sentence I tried to say and was unbelievably rude. I only gave them 1 star because I could not give 0 stars. Norton's did poor work and then made it worse by being jerks. Find someone else to do your roof.

I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication, expectation for me to eat costs after agreeing to an increase in price twice (I didn't argue.), this is negatively impacting my income, and I still have no roof installed. I signed a contract for a roof replacement on 3/25. Since then there have been two additional cost increases to the contract due to missing materials, and incorrect measurement of the size of the roof. Multiple specific requests to be notified of when the install date is have gone unanswered. I work from home and will be unable to schedule clients for that date, so need to know in advance. I have been incredibly clear that this is important and I need a specific date. Yesterday I was informed the roof above the front door could not be installed because of the condition under the metal roof. This may void my homeowners insurance for future claims on that section of the roof and is not at all what was agreed on in the contract. They offered to repair the metal roof flashing, and leave the hail damaged metal. Additionally I was told that I would not be receiving a refund on the materials for this portion of the project because the company has had to "eat costs" on my project. Still don't have confirmation on an install date other than "Maybe Monday or Tuesday."

They made sure my windows were spotless, they made sure there was no dirt left on my driveway, and they made sure that there was no mold on my brick. They do wonderful work and their guys are super nice and easy-going. I would totally recommend this business for anyone needing cleaning done to their house or property.

We have used Hi-Tech for window washing, and they did fine....they solicited extra services from…read moreus, so we also hired them power wash concrete, and to clean out the dryer vent, as we had a new wash/dryer coming. Approx 3 weeks later The element in the dryer failed. The dryer service tech and I cleaned out our vent while he was here, and it was amazing how blocked it was...Hi Tech either did not do the work, or did a very poor job. I will not recommend them.
