The colored concrete sidewalk and patio came back to life! The back patio had sticky grease on it and they were able to get that removed. We're very happy with the results. All work was done in a few hours, and he took the time to listen to my needs and helped figure out a new, better drain pattern. Upon completion of the job, he told me to keep an eye on one area he had tested that was flowing well, but might need an adjustment. I did as instructed for the next year, and when cleaning the gutters (I did not opt for gutter guards) did notice a slight amount of standing water. So, I gave Willie a call and he came back out and made an adjustment for me. BUT, not only did he do that, but he cleaned all the gutters in the process as well as my roof (which did need to be done, but certainly not by him)! He also worked with me to add on an underground drain pipe taking the gutter water further away from my foundation, an idea I never would have thought of, for a great price. Absolutely recommend!

Horrible! Where do I…read morebegin? I paid them to stain and finish the exterior logs of my two-story log cabin with a premium product from Sashco costing me $7000. I was told I wouldn't have to touch the exterior logs for years. Months later, it looks like the cabin hasn't been touched. Months later, they sent someone over when I wasn't home and they PAINTED my deck - which was never part of the original job - in fact, I specified that they not touch any wood whatsoever that was covered by a roof or awning. I had to wait months for them to send someone out to fix my front deck. The guy they sent, Bryant, told me he was the guy on the job who stained and finished the exterior logs and he remarked that something was certainly wrong with the job. The owner, Steve, has refused to address this after multiple phone calls and text messages. Very unprofessional. He'll be hearing from my attorney!
