The invoice was higher than the quote. When I asked why, they said they had to replace a rotten piece of roof decking. When I asked how there could be a rotten roof decking sheet under a new roof they had no answer for me. Either my new 50 year warranty roof is leaking or they put shingles over rotten decking to begin with. Best part... they keep telling me they'll come out and see what the problem is but they don't. Spoke with Paul, very friendly and came out to look at the leak. He did a water test on the roof and determined where the leak was coming from. The best part, he sent me pictures once he found the leak and once the work was completed on my house. This is a big plus since I live out of state now. He also noticed that my roof showed signs of hail damage. So, after going through my insurance company to get roof replaced I used Robinson Roofing & Construction for a quote. The pricing for the replacement roof was very reasonable. Paul even recommended a little darker color roof to match the house better.
