My only issue is I told them up front when I booked that I needed the stairs/landing pad cleaned and especially wanted the filtration stains on the edges and cracks cleaned. I did a lot of inquiry, making sure they had all the necessary professional equipment. The man who came out owns the company, and did a tremendous job cleaning the carpets. They were really bad and I thought we were probably going to have to replace them, but they look new again. Wonderful job, professional equipment, good service, and the guy knows what he's doing and took his time to make sure the job was well done. He didn't try to upsell me on all kinds of stuff I didn't need, which was great as well. He did the entire house and was in and out in just over an hour. At the great price I got from them, I will probably not put off cleaning carpets as long as I had before, and might make it a yearly thing as I think I'm supposed to.
