In the past, I've used other businesses to clean my carpets. Today I used Legacy Carpet Cleaners. Prior to the appointment, I received a reminder via email as well as about what to expect. The man that came out was very courteous and friendly. He worked diligently and efficiently. I steam clean my carpets but having them professionally done was very noticeable. I highly recommend this company! read more

I just had a rug cleaned by Legacy Carpet Cleaning. They picked it up at my office and delivered it today. OH MY GOSH!!! I am overwhelmed at the quality of work they preformed. Yes the rug had been in storage for 2 years and was at least 25 years old. I called Leagacy and they said they have a "rug spa". I gave it a try....This rug came back as if it was brand new. They did have to re-back the rug, it is a 8 X 5 100% wool rug and the backing was shot. Neil delivered it and was very specific of all they had to do. I am an Interior Designer in Omaha. I have practiced my craft in 3 states over the last 25 years. This rug has seen a lot. I have encountered many folks that clean rugs, upholstery and carpets. I have never experienced the professionalism and care Legacy Carpet Cleaning provided me. Worth every dollar to keep a quality rug for years to come. My only complaint is that they don't have a spa that can do the same for me! read more

Had Legacy Carpet clean 2 area rugs. They use no harsh chemicals, were so very knowledgable about wool area rugs and how to take care of them. The rugs came back looking beautiful. Will definitely use them again. read more

One bedroom with very light, low pile carpet had areas stained treated that did not come totally clean, and areas that appeared clean immediately after cleaning have "reappeared" in exactly the same place/size in a matter of a few weeks. This carpet has the "waterproof backing", so perhaps that's a factor? Not sure, But I will go back to steam cleaning for that room after one try with Chem-Dry.

I did a lot of inquiry, making sure they had all the necessary professional equipment. The man who came out owns the company, and did a tremendous job cleaning the carpets. They were really bad and I thought we were probably going to have to replace them, but they look new again. Wonderful job, professional equipment, good service, and the guy knows what he's doing and took his time to make sure the job was well done. He didn't try to upsell me on all kinds of stuff I didn't need, which was great as well. He did the entire house and was in and out in just over an hour. At the great price I got from them, I will probably not put off cleaning carpets as long as I had before, and might make it a yearly thing as I think I'm supposed to.
