As soon as the work started I realized we were in trouble. They use sub contractors who are God awful messy and leave giant piles of trash everywhere they go. The work is sub par to straight trash. All of which you would think NWA restore it would be ready and willing to fix. They had to tear out flooring and redo it. They tore up our trim and weren't even going to fix it until we complained repeatedly. We have had to do several change orders and I firmly believe we will be left to figure out how to get the workmanship we agreed upon elsewhere. The project manager Chris loves to say he'll take a look and then never gets back to you. We have been left in the dark communication wise from the start, unless we reach out with very specific questions. Just all in all the worst experience I have ever had. I wish after mitigation we had parted ways. This process has been more traumatic than the initial flood.

We had a water leak in our home and are new to this area. I was frantically trying to find someone…read morewho could find the leak. It was luckily a slow leak but was traveling under our wood floor. After 2 days of working with a plumber who didn't want to tear up the wall or floor since he couldn't tell where the water was coming from, and then trying to find someone who would tear out the floor and look for the leak, a friend steered me to this company. The owner was on vacation out of the state but called me back and then contacted his team who came and found the leak right away. They were hard working and professional yet very friendly and sympathetic to our problem. They were careful with our things and our home. I can't say enough good about them! They patched the wall up as good as new and replaced the trim that was removed and did not damage the trim or baseboard. I wish I could say the same for the people who took out the rest of the floor and replaced it. I am sorry I didn't let Major Damage do the whole project but my insurance company had a preferred company. In hind sight, I would have used Major Damage for the total job. That would be my recommendation to others. I think it would have been finished a lot sooner too.
