I have used them 5 times and every time I get the SAME GREAT INCREDIBLE QUALITY! I highly recommend carpet medics, because his prices are fair, he has been in our community for 15 yrs ( it's nice to see the same face!) and he does a KNOCK OUT JOB. I did a lot of inquiry, making sure they had all the necessary professional equipment. The man who came out owns the company, and did a tremendous job cleaning the carpets. They were really bad and I thought we were probably going to have to replace them, but they look new again. Wonderful job, professional equipment, good service, and the guy knows what he's doing and took his time to make sure the job was well done. He didn't try to upsell me on all kinds of stuff I didn't need, which was great as well. He did the entire house and was in and out in just over an hour. At the great price I got from them, I will probably not put off cleaning carpets as long as I had before, and might make it a yearly thing as I think I'm supposed to.

One bedroom with very light, low pile carpet had areas stained treated that did not come totally clean, and areas that appeared clean immediately after cleaning have "reappeared" in exactly the same place/size in a matter of a few weeks. This carpet has the "waterproof backing", so perhaps that's a factor? Not sure, But I will go back to steam cleaning for that room after one try with Chem-Dry.

When Mac showed up, he was polite, professional and courteous as the seller was moving out, and we were moving in. He was in the middle. He stayed late (8:30pm ish) to ensure that he didn't miss a spot. So very thankful for his efforts. The house looks great. The tile looks brand new!

We later learned the cleaners (the owner is one of them) never showed up, which cost us money and time as we had to reschedule showings and even lost potential buyers. Worst of all they did not alert us that they were not coming- we asked how the cleaning went and found out. Because we were already out of state, we had to scramble to find someone else to clean on short notice so our realtor could show the house. Despite their no‑show and the financial impact it caused, the owner refused to issue a refund. Despite trying to remove the spam, I still get spam "promotions" from this co all the time which has reminded me of the poor experience. This was a very bad experience I still get reminded of.

Yes the rug had been in storage for 2 years and was at least 25 years old. I called Leagacy and they said they have a "rug spa". I gave it a try....This rug came back as if it was brand new. They did have to re-back the rug, it is a 8 X 5 100% wool rug and the backing was shot. Neil delivered it and was very specific of all they had to do. I am an Interior Designer in Omaha. I have practiced my craft in 3 states over the last 25 years. This rug has seen a lot. I have encountered many folks that clean rugs, upholstery and carpets. I have never experienced the professionalism and care Legacy Carpet Cleaning provided me. Worth every dollar to keep a quality rug for years to come. My only complaint is that they don't have a spa that can do the same for me!

As soon as the work started I realized we were in trouble. They use sub contractors who are God awful messy and leave giant piles of trash everywhere they go. The work is sub par to straight trash. All of which you would think NWA restore it would be ready and willing to fix. They had to tear out flooring and redo it. They tore up our trim and weren't even going to fix it until we complained repeatedly. We have had to do several change orders and I firmly believe we will be left to figure out how to get the workmanship we agreed upon elsewhere. The project manager Chris loves to say he'll take a look and then never gets back to you. We have been left in the dark communication wise from the start, unless we reach out with very specific questions. Just all in all the worst experience I have ever had. I wish after mitigation we had parted ways. This process has been more traumatic than the initial flood.
