I went to the showroom on Monday evening right before closing and spoke with Hailey who was tremendously helpful. Robert showed up the next morning to measure, and he was very pleasant and thorough. Then Flavio showed up Thursday and Friday to install the 3 bedrooms plus a walk-in-closet. He was very conscientious with the install and did a fabulous job. Fernando, the owner, was also very communicative throughout the whole process. We are VERY pleased with the whole process, the price, and the carpet. It was less than four days from first contact to having our carpet installed! I would recommend S&G Carpet in Rogers to ANYONE who needs flooring done. I definitely wish we had contacted them before we had our vinyl plank put in! S&G in Rogers is an excellent company with great customer service and quality product. Highly recommended!

We had a very disappointing experience with S&G Carpet…read more The initial installation was extremely poor, staples and nails and screws were left exposed on the carpet and also thrown on the floor (a safety hazard, especially with small children), debris wasn't cleaned up, and there was even a spill that was not disclosed until we pointed it out. The carpet also had to be redone due to workmanship issues, requiring multiple return visits and extending what should have been a straightforward project into several days. (Install was Monday and was finally properly completed on Thursday) While the company eventually sent a different installer to correct the work (2 more times), the process to get there was frustrating. Communication from management was argumentative and combative at times, to the point that I did not feel comfortable meeting alone and asked my husband to be present. The tone of the interaction was noticeably different in person. We ultimately reached a resolution, but it took far more effort than it should have. After spending nearly $8,000, the level of workmanship, professionalism, and overall experience simply did not reflect the value we were promised. I would strongly recommend closely monitoring any work done and documenting everything if you choose to use this company.

Bad information on flooring product. Brought in a sample from Lowe's to try to buy local. The lady…read moreimmediately told me the product I had was NOT engineered hardwood. I knew it was, but wanted to see what they had to match and I wanted to her the benefit of the doubt. They didn't have anything that matched, so she began telling me about all the lawsuits from my sample product. When I asked her for the source of her information about the lawsuits so I could educate myself while researching...she responded, another dealer in Lowell, but there not gonna tell you anything. WTF!? I feel like this business will tell you ANYTHING to sell you their products. We were fully willing to purchase a whole house worth of flooring IF they could match the tone of the wood flooring we settled on. Not only could they not, they lied to get us to settle on something else. How do I know they lied? I can't find any public record of litigation or class action against the manufacturer of the sample product from Lowe's. Also: when she was banging on about the alleged lawsuits, she confirmed my sample WAS engineered hardwood after telling me it was luxury vinyl plank - confirming no educational foundation on flooring products - which is a red flag for a store devoted entirely to selling flooring.

In response to the business reply: The project was completed…read more4 years. Two years after completion, Webb was contacted as concerns began coming up. We were told by Jeremy it would be fine. We were not given different options for install and we don't have plywood subflooring anywhere in our house. We're on a concrete slab. The flooring was floated over our old laminate, which was on the concrete slab with a vapor barrier. There was a dip between the dining room and kitchen they didn't realize needed leveled until they began removing flooring. Pic included. Jeremy was not present and the workers had to leave to get concrete so they could at least finish. My child's toy was the equivalent to a baby walker. If that voids a warranty then that needs to be mentioned at the time of purchase. No parent would purchase flooring like that. As for not being heard, of course I wasn't. The entire conversation consisted of being yelled at and spoken through. As for the crew, I called Carrie the same day and had to let her know I was uncomfortable in my home. When you spoke to my husband, you brought up them trashing my driveway and how I complained about it. You said the crew apologized. I sent texts and videos of all of the dust in the house, and how they used my dining table as a work bench. It's unfortunate. We also consider the matter resolved and will be using a different company for the repairs. Our project was rushed on Saturday after we said we could do it another day, and already being postponed. We opted to go ahead with the Saturday to accommodate Webbs busy schedule. Workers arrived angry, rushed the job, and trashed my driveway. DO NOT USE THEM. I was told my babies ride on toy voided my warranty. They used power tools in the house, dust was so bad I had to hire a cleaning company and have HVAC come out to inspect our AC system. After calling twice about my concerns with the floors bending, coming apart and breaking, I was told by Jeremy it was us "choosing a cheaper option" that caused it. We were not given any other options, and when I tried to speak up and defend that, I was yelled at, talked over and hung up on. He flat refused to hear anything. When I asked for proof that I opted out of other options, the yelling just continued. The "foreman" of the crew yelled at me in my home because he was mad about not being told about the need for leveling, and now he'd have to go get concrete. I contacted Carrie the same day this was happening and had to let her know what was going on, because at that point I was uncomfortable in my own house. (Luckily I still have all the texts and pictures.) From the bottom of my heart, spend your hard earned money on a business that deserves it. Any concerns you have will NOT be handled. And if you do happen to use them, get every single thing in writing and save EVERYTHING.

There are few things I regret but hiring Sands Decorative Concrete @Pinnacle in Rogers, Arkansas…read morehas to be on the top of my list. My husband and I met with Rasha Sands one of the owners. All I can say is when Sands is selling they are 100% attentive. We initially hired them to do our decorative concrete pool deck. They seemed so nice and professional at this point that we asked them to do a custom fountain. We did many upgrades per Kyle Sands (the other owner)suggestions. This company is more on the expensive side but my husband and I were happy to pay because we thought we were getting top quality. Their work crew left our front and back yard a shambles everyday they worked on our site. They never cleaned up. Bottles of soda, Gatorade, cigarette butts littered, trash everywhere. My husband told me to overlook it because the job seemed to be going so well. It was February 2021 when they finished. It was rainy and cold. We asked them, "How will we know the fountain works?" At this point our pool had not been completed. They said,"It will work!" We paid all of our bills promptly. They never had to wait a day. Fast forward to June. The pool was complete. The very first day there was some water on the pool deck amd I almost got a concussion when I slipped and fell. Even our dog was sliding on the deck. We called our pool contractor and he came over. He agreed. The deck looked like it had not been sealed and was a hazard. I called Sands immediately. Rasha proceeded to tell me they don't seal their decks with a gripping agent unless the client asks for it. When we were in initial conversations about the decking I had mentioned on numerous occasions I wanted a deck that was not slippery. It was a big concern of mine. She dismissed me. After I slipped I emailed her 2 times and she said you can pay us to come out and fix it. 3k I believe was the estimate. 3 days later our fountain was turned on and started leaking like a siv. Literally from The front, back all sides. I called Rasha. She didn't rerun my call until I sent a pretty aggressive email. This was June 21. We did not see anyone from Sands till the following week. When Kyle came out he looked at the fountain but didn't turn it on, just walked around. He said he would fix it. I will make a long story short. My husband and I had to go to their store on 2 separate occasions and speak with them before they agreed to come back. The waiting began. Yes we will be there. Tomorrow we are coming. The excuses were endless. Finally they had an insurance adjuster contact us. They were blaming the masonary person. When the adjuster came out the blame was clearly on Sands. They did not use the correct pressurized pipe and no one could determine what glue they used. At this point they probably used Gorilla Glue. Once Sands found out that they were liable that was pretty much it. We had 2 other independant pool contractors come out and all agreed it was improper pipe and glue. We have now had to file a claim against Sands through their insurance. We are almost at the end of August. We paid Sands over 20k and have never been able to enjoy our fountain. I also have to wear rubber soled shoes to walk on our deck. Also since they did not seal our fountain our pool is being ruined by all the fine masonary that is seeping in. This company will take your money and will NOT stand behind their work. I think that is honestly the most frustrating. I understand things can go wrong. I can not understand not standing behind your work. Stay away!!!!! PS I know of 2 other people that have hired them and have had issues with their pool decks being too slippery. One of the people had to have stitches in their head from a fall they had.
