Bella Vista has a few rules and regulations regarding painting that we had to follow to get the go-ahead. We were a bit worried about handling all the paperwork from a distance, but thankfully, JT was there to offer his help if we needed it. JT also recommended a great contractor to handle the trim work we needed to complete before starting the painting. After each phase of the project, we received updates with photos of the completed work, which was great! There was just a tiny hiccup when one of the doors was painted the wrong color, but JT was on it right away and sent someone out the next day to fix it.
