The Salesman name is Cody.. everything started off great, Cody offered me the unit for a very reasonable price. , I asked if shipping could be included, and Cody said he would get back to me... The entire day went by, and he never got back to me.. When I called the next day, he said they could not include the shipping. I asked how much it was, and he did not know, which indicated he never did get a shipping quote to ask the " Powers Above " if they could include the shipping. I asked him to invoice the machine to us, so we would own the machine while we figure out the shipping, and Cody then said he could not do that .. What ??? Makes no sense. I told him we would send out our own truck for pick up , and he hung the phone up, and proceeded to block me on Facebook... How does a company stay in Business treating customers this way... We were a Wire Transfer Paying customer, that needed no financing. Easy Transaction.. This Cody guy sent pictures , specs , and a price, confirmed availability. Then just went off the chart.. dont get it.. Very Very bad customer service. When I told her; she simply apologized (without taking sides or speaking disparagingly about anyone at the business) and asked how she could make it right. That is exactly what you should expect from a local family business who values and appreciates their customers. Bottom Line: If you are greeted by someone who is cheerful and anxious to help you then you are probably good to go. Service manager said "Go ahead and take it off so we can look at it" I took it off and brought it in, then it turned out the guy that does the quotes wasn't there that day. I was told "Just leave it here and I'll have a quote on Monday" When I first spoke to Dan he stated it would be about 5 hours at 175/hr plus materials. My quote was for extra stuff I didn't ask for at a price of $2200.00. he wouldn't break down the quote. said it encompasses everything they looked it. when I went to get it, they charged me $318.00 labor plus hazard plus shop supplies ($32). what a complete scam. never mentioned anything about a charge for the estimate.

Our experience with Harvest Pools has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We came back to a pool that was under-serviced and severely off-balance, so much so that in 6 days we haven't been able to reinstate it to the clear and perfectly balanced condition that we left it in. Instead of adhering to the agreed schedule, Harvest Pools arrived a full week after our departure, and subsequently, another 10 days later. By the time we returned home on the 26th day, it had been 9 days since they last "serviced" our pool, and it was evident that they had done more harm than good in our absence. Even more disappointing is the company's complete lack of responsiveness to our concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact them to rectify the situation, they have effectively ignored us--a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. In short, avoid this company and perhaps pay your child neighbor $10 to dump a gallon or two of chlorine in your pool every few days. I'm pretty sure your pool will be better off, and your entire family won't be severely disappointed with your pool upon your return like mine has been.
