The store will not take ANY responsibility, and said too bad, the 30 day warranty is final, even though this is due to a half assed repair job before we even bought it. The repair guy said there's no way they didn't know this. It will cost us hundreds to repair this freezer, plus we lost the food in it. Repaired just good enough to last through a 30 day warranty. This store is a dishonest business. Do not take a chance of wasting your money because they will not stand behind their products or "repairs".

The plumber just left to the tune of ~$100 and showed us the cut-off that was there all along. We had him go ahead and disconnect our old range so that the space would be ready for the new one. Just called and they can't come back until June 11th!! GAH!!! We have a gas range that is now totally unfunctional and a brand new one sitting in our den waiting to be hooked up. This is super frustrating that the installers who told us they work tomorrow can't come back and finish the job that they botched for us. We have to wait 12 days before we can cook again. It will take a very great price before we will want to buy appliances from Home Depot again.

Mr Appliance did just that. From the online chat booking my appointment after hours on a Sunday to my texts and calls letting me know when my service person would arrive they deliver. Christian was out service tech and he is so conscientious about laying down a mat outside our door, using booties so he doesn't track in dirt, keeping the area he is working on clean and tidy. He is very knowledgeable about ovens and I appreciated him informing us about why we had our issue and how to avoid potential problems moving forward. I can not recommend this company enough . I only wish other companies would take a page from their service book. They are awesome in every aspect of their business and they deserve more than 5 stars!!!'

She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........
