I love this cute little shop. It's full of all things every southern girl could want in her kitchen.

I rented a truck with towing capabilities for moving my son to Little Rock for med school. After looking at the round trip price which charged .55 per mile, I decided the one way and tow my car to drive back option would save me about $100. Online I specified what I wanted, but when I showed up they did not have the towing trailer for my car which of course I need to have so that I can get back home. The inventory manager told them that I could use the tow dolly (which just lifts the front tires up) since my car is front wheel drive. The computer tells them I can not use it for my car, but the genius inventory manager said that I definitely can. So I opt for that since I don't really have another option. These guys are supposed to show you a pamphlet and let you load it yourself. Luckily they went out with me and noticed that if I had driven up on it, it would have damaged my bumper. Which is obviously why the computer said not to use it. Well, now I have to change the whole plan on the day I'm getting the truck. I went in at 10:00 am, had to leave and I finally get it figured out and get the truck to his house to load at 3:30 pm. It seems to me an inventory manager should know what tow trailers they have in inventory, and should also know better than telling these guys to just sell me on another contraption that he obviously knows nothing about. The guy helping me was very apologetic and actually discounted what he could, which helps me get there, which I appreciate, but now I'm on my own to get back because he can do nothing for me on the trip back since I'd have to get it from another poor company who rents trucks for Budget. I'll probably just rent from Enterprise or something but the night before I still really don't know. So there's that

Absolutely awful experience. Moving across country it took us a few days. To pack the truck, drive…read more1,500 miles and unload the truck. During this drive across country I had to share the ride with roaches. Yes roaches. They were in the cab of truck. When we got to our destination and started unpacking there was roaches everywhere!!! We didn't have roaches in our things or house before we moved so I know they didn't come from us. We had to stop unpacking and starting unloading the boxes outside and bringing things in while we killed roaches. We had to wash everything! We did 23 loads of laundry since we had to wash everything we owned including every possible cooking utensil because heaven forbid there are eggs in any of our things. Plus the idea of wearing clothes or eating off something that roaches have been crawling on for a week is repulsing. We had to throw away all of our non perishable food (at least $200 worth), plus for 23 loads of laundry (think about our water and electric bill). Moving is expensive so having unexpected cost made the ordeal even worse. We called budget to try and get a refund or some sort of compensation and we got offered $150 dollars. That doesn't even cover the food we had to replace. We paid $1500 I expect not to have roaches. I understand things happen and you can't control Mother Nature but at least offer a refund or reasonable compensation. I will tell everyone about this experience and the terrible customer service we experienced.

I've had my fair share of distractions about denials until I shifted my mindset from complaining or automatically thinking things are scams etc., started to submit tickets communicating with clarity my perspective on jobs that were denied. I have been able to get accurate and sometimes not so accurate reply's, where I was able to communicate further leading to Reversed | Approved Submissions. I know, like anything in else, especially in these times it can be frustrating to experience what some have in the comments with the app so far. With some accountability | willingness to improve | respect to the Ticket agents and committing to learning the app as you go....can be a blessing to you as it has been to me at times. Good to see Michael in here replying to each comment too...I started to look him up on LinkedIn until realized that the guy from Eye Spy videos teaching us how to complete the task, then realizing he was the creator of the app. Wish Field Agent and its team continued growth | scale!
